They were excellent up until the momentâŠ
They were excellent up until the moment they shipped with Purolator, which unfortunately was very disappointing. First, they didnât deliver on the agreed date, claiming the address was incomplete â which was not true. The next day, I contacted them and was told they had no idea when the delivery would be made.
This is a medication, which makes the situation even more serious. The lack of care is unacceptable.

I was not impressed with delivery
I was not impressed with delivery. I wasn't home to receive it...need to change address delivery, which isn't the company's fault, but...when I picked it up from the address they had on the delivery receipt it had not been refrigerated and on the box exterior it expressly says keep refidgerated. This may need to be looked into.
Also, my surname is spelled incorrectly. It should read McLaughlin...capital M, small c, capital L.
