Unfortunately, when no one is available to receive a delivery, the package is held at the local Purolator depot for pickup in accordance with the carrier's delivery procedures.

We understand your concern about the medication not being refrigerated while it is being held by the carrier, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We encourage you to contact our Customer Care team so we can review your specific shipment and determine the most appropriate next steps.
