I genuinely will never go anywhere else for anything medispa offer. All the staff are friendly, professional and so knowledgeable. There is never any rush to get you out and they manage expectations really well. Ive never felt rushed or pushed into anything they really are there to make you feel amazing in your own skin and that is what they do!

The experience began promisingly with a very courteous and friendly technician. Although he arrived without an extension lead, I gladly supplied one. He started the servicing, but was interrupted by a sudden downpour and had to leave. I completely understood and appreciated the prompt return the following week, though the pump had unfortunately failed by then. A new pump was ordered and installed late Tuesday afternoon. However, I ended up filling the tub myself as the engineer's late arrival meant it wasn't his responsibility. Despite reaching out through calls and emails for the completion of the service, I received no response. I was left to manage cleaning the filter and shocking the hot tub on my own. I paid for a premium service that fell short of the promised experience.

We used MS a couple of times now for both repairs and servicing. They're always really quick to respond, do a great job and their pricing is very reasonable. I'd highly recommend and will continue using them all the time we have our hot tub

Quick efficient good price service

Service was not completed.
Started well, lad that came was very polite and friendly, didn't have an extension lead, so had to provide one.
Started serviced and the heavens opened, so had to go... totally understand. came back following week, but pump had packed up. Ordered new pump and fitting was done late afternoon on Tuesday. I was left too fill the tub as engineer arrived late and wasn't part of his job. Called and emailed next day for the service to be completed and have been completely blanked. No call back, have had to turn hot tub on and clean filter and shock tub myself. Paid for a gold service that I did not get

Gary did a great job would recommend him every day of the week. Knows what he is doing.

I have used medi-spa for a few years now. General servicing and replacement pumps. They are a fantastic company. Always very knowledgable and polite. Very reasonably priced as well. We recently had Gary come for a Spring start up and he really went the extra mile for a flat fee. Highly recommend.

Tim and his team turned up on time, despite having over a 3hr trip! The team were really helpful and professional from the get go. Tim took the time to explain the workings of the hot tub and the chemicals.
They connected the hot tub and had it up and running within the hour. All the packaging removed and disposed off prior to their departure.

I had my recently (this summer) purchased Spa serviced my Kyle from Medi-Spa today. It was amazing - Kyle was so knowledgable about the product and answered all my questions about what he was doing and why, and also provided many tips on what to do and what not to do as a new spa owner. Very professional - my spa looks amazing again - I will definitely use Medi-Spa and Kyle again

I found this company online. Tim was exceptionally helpful in giving me options of whether to repair existing hot tub or get a new one. Him and his team are a credit to this company and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done well which other companies wouldn’t do. I’d highly recommend MediSpa to anyone looking for a good quality hot tub with people they can trust to install it! Thanks again!

Bought a second hand hot tub basically not much more than the shell, Tim done a fantastic job rebuilding it back to working order, ordering all the parts, and arranged for the crane lift over the house, very knowledgeable professional, trustworthy and reliable. Always on the end of the phone to answer any questions. For any hot tub maintenance or installation Tim’s the man. Thank you Tim and Donna

Without a doubt the best colour I’ve had on my hair. Mimosa and Ellie did an amazing job of my highlights and toner. The staff here are very warm and they made me feel so special. The salon is beautiful and so calm. Looking forward to my next treatment here!
