High limit switch had triggered on Hydropool 700


High limit switch had triggered on Hydropool 700 hot tub causing a complete failure. Also had been installed for 3.5 years and was in need of a service. Medi-spa were able to visit site within a few days and came prepared with a new main unit which includes tub heater. Unfortunately this is what had failed and had to be replaced. Tub was also serviced with a thorough clean.
Even though the tub and filters were very clean already I have noticed a considerable improvement in the power of the jets
Extremely happy with Medi-Spa in their prompt dealing with the problem, their advice over possible freezing of tub pumps etc in the cold weather, their thorough service of the tub and after care advice
