Dont ask for help you will be dismissed with attitude
From the reply I got to my first message from the agent and on every ticket I feel insulted and totally dimissed I was also told on four seperate occasions to "Try your luck somewhere else" My problem is not resolved and I have sent a formal complaint three days ago which has not even been replied to.

I love the system and I am migrating my station to it i have built my own site sadly their artwork is not showing up on my sonaar player which sits at the bottom of my website the metada is coming through but they are stopping the artwork for the songs . very unhelpful and very rude agent who took acception to me telling him what the actual problem was and still on their side .

I am a paying customer and expect to be treated in a helpful manner to resolve any problem I encounter. very unprofessional and terrible attitude. Im not leaving as ive built everything up so i have to continue with no artwork in my player . Not a very nice welcome to a company that was recommended to me

Being told to "try your luck elsewhere" is completely unacceptable and does not reflect our company standards. We are already taking internal action regarding this specific agent to ensure this never happens again.

Regarding the artwork issue in your Sonaar player:
Our senior engineering team has investigated the delivery logs. While this specific setup is working correctly for our other clients, we recognize that your implementation is facing a unique technical conflict. We understand that you are committed to using the Sonaar player, and we will focus exclusively on resolving the issue within that environment rather than suggesting alternative panels.

What we are doing now:
Your formal complaint has been escalated to our management team and our head of technical support. We will be replying to your ticket within the next few hours with a request for specific log data so we can identify the exact cause of this visual metadata block.

MediaCP Could Not Help with Basic Settings

I tried MediaCP hoping they could help me with some important settings for my Centova Cast environment. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive.

For several questions I asked about basic configurations, I either didn't get a clear answer or was told they couldn't (or wouldn't help.

For a system that presents itself as professional and suitable for broadcast management, you'd expect support to at least be familiar with the settings and capabilities of a platform like Centova Cast.

In short: MediaCP was completely unable to help me with even basic Centova settings. Based on my experience, I unfortunately can't recommend MediaCP to anyone looking for reliable support or expecting technical questions to be handled professionally.

Hello, thank you for your review, it is also considered as a challenge for us in the future. Yes, we were unable to help because we do not have full access to the centovacast configuration, for this reason we could not provide the special settings you requested, only you, hopefully you will have better luck with another company. Thank you for this experience.
