Order a box of gloves from website. Paid $10 shipping.
Total was $16.

The box of gloves I received were the wrong color and were falsely advertised on their product page. I reached out to support and they wanted me to pay for the return shipping, for shipping ME a falsely advertise product. This would cost me $10.

They also would not refund me the initial shipping cost so I would be down $20 for a $16 order.

My previous review which I am recanting and changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review for excellent customer service: "I purchased what I thought were two HurriCaine spray bottles. The picture shows two pieces, but the fine print says one piece. Misleading and expensive. Will NOT EVER use this company again. Why would they do this? How stupid to lose a customer." That was then, this is what happened after I wrote this review. I received a call from customer service who acknowledged my complaint. Not only did Medicalrite take down the misleading advertisement they also sent me another can of HurriCane spray (great for coughing btw). Thank you Medicalrite! I am very impressed with your exceptional customer service!

Scammers don’t buy hc1 test
I’m a tipe 1 diabetic I did 1 test was 7.1 came home I use one from those scammers and was 5.6 what a joke

I recently purchased some 3M Curos Disinfecting Caps for Needleless Connectors from them. They are a perfect fit. They are not on a strip but are individual caps with a foil covering. They are exactly what I needed. The company gave me a discount and some alcohol wipes because I was a new customer. Both products have been great. This was a positive experience and I look forward to doing business with them again.
