All I have to say to everyone that works medical shop thank you so much for your kindness help and for my warranty issue. I did not have no problems with my warranty like I did with this other company that I know in Illinois you guys are fantastic people to work with shipment was awesome. I would let everyone know about the company how you guys work and I’m happy that I can get my Medical Supplies with you guys being handicap that I needed in my air mattresses replacement when no questions ask. I want to thank everyone there. and it was a pleasure to work with you guys.

Ordered 3/29/26, received via FedEx 4/1/26. Perfect condition and great prices. Will be ordering again soon!

Overcharged on my credit card and had no luck getting anything resolved. Had to dispute charges. As a healthcare professional, I would never recommend this company.

They have products people need but the shipping is costly. Then, if you have to return anything, you pay the return shipping AND they charge a restocking fee. Not worth it unless you already know a specific product and will not be returning anything. Not great customer service, and really slow. Just avoid them.

Terrible service and false advertising. We are a busy medical office and we ordered some supplies for patient care. The website stated that the supply quantity was 96/cs at a certain price. We bought a case thinking we were receiving 96. Instead, we received 48. We contacted the company and they refuse to honor what was advertised. We contacted the manufacture of that item that is supplied by Medicaleshop and they stated that Medicaleshop is wrong and their website is incorrect. Medicaleshop has not contacted us, we have tried to speak to a manager only to be told they are too busy. This is a horrid site with terrible customer service.

Professional customer service. Ombra was delivered within 24 hours. Will order from them again.

I paid for a new inogen 5 which quit working in less than two months. They won’t refund the purchase because it’s been over 30 days. I had to return it to them at my cost so they could send it to inogen for warrant work. After 4 weeks I called My Medical Outlet only to be told it might be back in another two weeks but they don’t know. When asked about updates on the status I was told they don’t give updates. At this point, I spent $2500 for a machine that I do not have and do not know when I will get it back and I’m only supposed to trust that at some point they will return it. I do not recommend this place at all.

The website states that you can use PayPal but when it is time to pay I have to provide a card number

I was looking for an specific walker for my niece with Cerebral Palsy. I searched for a while and checked prices because it was kind of expensive everywhere.
I discovered Medicalshop and they gave me better price. Two weeks later, I received the walker and everything was perfect.
Very good service, and very responsive. I'm very happy, and my niece will enjoy her walker.

I ordered medical supplies and was told they would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. I am now in the 6th week and according to Medicaleshop they have no idea when or if they will ship. I didn't have months of supply on hand so this was very inconvenient. They did however charge my card for the products that evidently they can't get.

I've purchased 5 Axiom cushions for my wheelchairs through medicaleshop now and 2 quokka bags. Hands down they have the best prices. Whenever I get a cushion from my ATP for my main wheelchair, I head to medicaleshop to see if they have it for my backup chair. What's really great is their customer service - contacting them with questions is really easy and they're super friendly and patient. My caretaker has an account and purchases through them on my insurance so they work with that too which is cool.
You also get points when you order which gives you a little bit of money off over time.

*My Experience*
On 7/10/21 I ordered a case of LRG Secure X-Plus briefs from Medical eShop Inc and was charged $62.91 via PayPal. At the time of my purchase and this review, their website claims the product is available and will be delivered by Standard Ground Shipping for $6.99. 2-days later I received an email that included the following message: "We would like to inform you that the item for which you placed the order is a non-stock, special order item and carries a lead time of 3-4 weeks." I replied that I would indeed wait, but was weary about wasting my time if the retailer did not keep it in stock and have a viable supply chain or distributor who did. Evidently they order directly from the manufacturer, which only has the XL size back stocked; With no further intent to produce the LRG size I paid for. They tried to bait & switch me for a different size, which I declined, requesting a refund. After that they stopped replying. I want my money back and see the product removed from their marketplace.

These folks just became my primary medical supplier.they answered my call for when Medicare could not supply me with must needed specialty foley

Great Service! Fast Turn Time!

Needed a chair to take on vacation and this is it. Goes together and breaks down easily. I can even do it out of my chair and I’m a T4. Well built and with the included wrench, it’s like home away from home.
