The company's statements are not true! No way to get a refund! They promised 100% refund if not satisfied. No one answers 3 different phone numbers, doesn't answer e-mails. I will NEVER order from his company again!

I had never heard of Medical Source. Your site came up when I was looking for a new cane. I loved the patterns you had and I found just the right one. The price was really good and the shipping was amazingly fast. I couldn't believe how quickly I received my package. Thank you so much!

It is so comfortable. I am a quaudraplegic.

Had inventory on hand at a price more reasonable than Amazon & other online suppliers. As well as quicker delivery window (1 week vs 3-4 weeks elsewhere.) product as described & needed.

Part of my order did not arrive until well after it was needed. I reached out for direction on how to return the late items for refund. I have not gotten a response.

Ur stuff is horrible

My shower chair from Medical Source was so easy to put together. All I had to do was tighten the screws for the supports, and snap in the legs, back, and arms. My chair was priced well, and it is sturdy. The convex seat is more comfortable for my back. It's great for showers. I have an Ostomy. The height of the chair is excellent for sitting in front of the toilet when I empty my ostomy bag. It's an added bonus use that I never expected. It pays to use a medical supply company for medical equipment.

I did receive the right merchandise the wait takes it's time.

Ordered once got no verification about status of order, then reordered and got verification of both orders and received them a few days apart. What happened???

I bought a very nice and very reasonably priced wheel chair. The shipping didn't take to long either. I would do business with them again.

I love my Hand warmer pouch. I like the variable heat and use it every night.

Package said it was delivered and it was not. It has been over a week since I emailed letting the company know that the package was not received and I have not received an email back, only prompts to write this review over and over. I am extremely disappointed and want my money back, or I want the package delivered.

Called customer service twice a day for 4 days always got message “no one available”. Left messages and no one ever returned them.

A month delivery is not acceptable

Easy to place my order and received on time. Company made ordering very easy.

The product is great just what I was looking for.

I enjoyed the fact that I can replenish my test strips at a great price
