Honestly, one of the best services I’ve used! The whole process was swift and straightforward, and the customer service was responsive and reassuring throughout. Delivery was timely, and everything arrived safely and in excellent condition.
What really stood out to me was the personal, human touch. Starting a weight-loss journey can feel quite daunting, but Medicspot made the process feel much less scary and much more manageable.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive a large box of needles with my order, enough to last me for months, as well as a journal to help track my meals, feelings and cravings. Those little extras made it feel like they genuinely understand that weight loss is about more than just the medication.
I also really like that they offer a subscription service that you can cancel at any time, so you don’t feel tied down or pressured to continue.
Overall, a superb service from start to finish. I’ve had a really positive experience and would definitely use Medicspot again. Highly recommended! ❤️

This is a waste of time company. I would avoid like the plague!!

Asked for a replacement box of needles to be sent to me, they sent me a needle bin instead, so I was delayed with the injection. Not great, simple request, time consuming for me to correct, especially annoying given this is an expensive service!

Had initial call booked to discuss options but the advisor did not turn up. Very poor service so glad I did not subscribe first.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I applied for treatment, completed the full assessment, and paid for the medication. After that, I was asked to provide my medical records, which I did. Despite clearly showing my condition and current treatment, my order was then cancelled with a very generic explanation about “potential drug interactions.”

The issue is that no proper consultation was offered to discuss adjusting current medication (which is standard practice), only a blanket refusal after payment and data submission.

It feels like the process is designed to take payment first and only later decide whether they are willing to treat you, without meaningful clinical discussion.

To be fair, they did offer a full refund, but the overall experience was frustrating and time-wasting.

If you are a patient who genuinely needs help and expects proper medical guidance rather than a checkbox-based process, this may not be the right service for you.

Quick and easy to order after filling the questionnaire. Received order in 3 days. Easy to understand instructions. Looking forward to my new body before my 40th birthday next year.

Process stalled as i thought it was progressing when it obviously wasn’t.

This is my first experience of Medicspot after transferring from a previous pharmacy and I was very impressed with the personal touch. I was able to speak to someone about my treatment and felt that I was being listened to.

This company has excellent support and customer service. Would highly recommend. Products prescribed quickly and with care. Even being away I can get prescriptions ordered and all done with a friendly support email or chat. I’ve been with them over a year and can only recommend very highly.

Very fast and efficient. Such a pleasure to deal with the private sector over the slow moving behemoth that is the NHS.

It’s was very straightforward and comprehensible

I initially went to another provider for a maintenance dose of mounjaro - emphasis on maintenance dose, they refused me, medicspot took on board exactly the fact I needed a maintenance dose, reviewed my prescription, photograph, weight etc and authorised it, very quick service - assessment completed by the next day and my medication arrived the day after.
Super efficient, helpful and actually understood exactly what I needed- maintenance.
The packaging was great, super cold, discreet, you wouldn’t even know who it was from- delivered via Royal Mail, message stating what time it would be arriving. Inside there was everything I needed and possibly more to be honest

Ordering process was very simple and efficient I would say. They quickly recognize my order and get back to me for a few questions and very swiftly approved my prescription. So far so good.

The price is higher than other providers but the process was very easy and everything communicated swiftly and clearly.

I booked a free call which answered all of my questions and concerns clearly. The fact that I could speak to a real person put my mind at ease in terms of credibility of the service. It was also very encouraging to hear there was support available during and after treatment.

I really appreciate how the team handled my situation. There was an issue with my order while I was abroad, but they helped fix everything and even sent me an international prescription so I could get my pen from a local pharmacy. Their support and quick response made a big difference, and I’m genuinely thankful for the way they took care of it.
