It was quick, easy, but didn't just prescribe the medication. I was asked all the correct questions and asked for all the relevent information.

So far brilliant! Quick replies and not waiting days for them to respond and quick outcome! I was with another pharmacy before this and let me tell you Medicspot but the others to shame!!!

Terrible customer service, no phone number or actual human support. AI bots only, online chat or emails which can take hours to get back to you. Look elsewhere so if you need help there is an actual person available to assist.

Navigating the process was straightforward and user friendly. Communication and guidance was very clear and very efficient.

Really impressed with the speed, transparency and communication of Medicspot. They have taken the time to assess my individual circumstances (rather than a cookie cutter computer says no approach of many other weight loss prescribers) to ensure continuity of health care when changing suppliers, and ensuring the medicine is correct for me. Cannot rate them highly enough!

I ordered medicine online from them on Thursday and realised when I received the email saying that their medical team was looking into my request that I chose the wrong dose. I immediately within 3 hours of their email, I contacted them via WhatsApp and email stating the mistake asking them to cancel order and refund the money.They even said that money would be returned back if medical assessment did not pass. I chased them Thursday, Fri and Monday via emails and WhatsApp and no response to cancel order and refund money and I just get an email now saying medication has been dispatched. Absolutely terrible non existent customer service and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone!

Not received the prescription yet, but the process was easy.
