Very very poor service absolutely nonsense behaviour

Very easy to book and order the test.
Receive a signed letter if have a Negative Result.
Fast results with proof of Pass.

They can’t help you with some issues they refer you to go see a doctor physically, but they still take your money

Very good service - it was easy to get an appointment and at a competitive price (£49) for general GP appointment. I was desperate as I couldn’t get into my usual GP for another 4 days and had been suffering with terrible sinusitis. The GP prescribed me much needed antibiotics and I was able to collect them from a pharmacist on the same day.

Booked an appointment today for my elderly mother ( appointment was 2 hours after booking) who of course got ill on a weekend and taking her to Urgent Care is just too much at her age. Really didn’t know what to expect from the service as I’ve not used a private GP service before. Must say I was totally impressed with the doctor who called, his detailed questioning, not rushing. His diagnosis, explanation and explanation of things she can do that might help her feel better soon. Will absolutely be using this again next time NHS services aren’t at hand.

Absolute scam. Doctors on the call tell you to call 111 or go to A&E! Just about for everything! No summary of consultation, no referral, no prescription. Advice to call 111! Laughable would have been if they didn’t charge 60£ for this useless 5 mins call. Avoid at all cost

The very fancy looking website covered in 5 star reviews (!) doesn't actually work as you cannot register or sign in. Tbh, along with some other factors, something about this particular 'service' feels a bit off. I think it's worth looking elsewhere as there are better online GP services in most areas.

Simple process with clear step by step instruction.

I paid for £59 for an appointment that never happened. I had the confirmation email with time and date stating that 10 mins before appointment I would receive a link. Nothing happened, no call. I called customer service who said as they were a 3rd party couldn't do much and they couldn't see the appointment - just told me to rebook (even though they had no appointments left), Requested a refund so we will see how long that takes. Ended going to another online doctor service.

Rapid service. Very responsive to emails when we had misunderstood how to use the tests we were sent. Thanks to the person who replied very politely and helpfully to my stressed email at 1.55 am!

nice and fairly simple, slightly more involved. more details etc. actually the only cv test i've taken.
i could not find a way round it.
what covid was, most people like myself got it late 2019, worse asthma attack, i ever had. and took weeks before i was 100% but still went to work as normal

Very Quick service, easy to follow instructions, got the results within 30 minutes, very pleased.

It's not a real appointment with GP it's just an advice. The doctor cannot prescribe a medicine. So I paid for him to tell me what I already know and the problem is still there, I have to wait for the usual GP appointment in several weeks, praying to God that my daughter doesn't end up in the hospital because her symptoms are getting worse.

I had a problem with them, a confusion because I am used to the appointment on site from Google result. But this time, the onsite consultation did not exist any more while in Google the link between Medicspot and the place of consultation still exists, which caused me confusion, and in the end I missed my appointment.
But after discussion, they are open and have refunded the consultation.

I had only 1 day before flying my results came in fast.

This must have been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My GP was 20 minutes late for the appointment and all he did is offered me a prescription for a medicine that doesn't require it and won't work for my condition. Additionally, it's almost impossible to get it filled this as they use a provider that doesn't work with most pharmacies. Complete waste of money and they refused a refund, stay away, this is a scam!

Very impressed. After a bank holiday weekend I needed to see a doctor quickly. Unwilling to face the challenges of getting an NHS appointment, I made the decision to try Medicspot for the first time. The process of booking an appointment and setting up an account was easy. Email reminders of my appointment and text invitation to the call worked perfectly. The doctor was a few minutes late but on the call he was friendly, answered my questions and set my mind at ease quickly. The promised email with my prescription code was with me within thirty minutes. I will definitely use again and heartily recommend.
