Useless customer service and product management. Terrible employees, and completely ill prepared to call themselves a legitimate company.

I ordered a product just for it to arrive late and broken. I then sent the product back expecting to either get a refund, or to be sent a new product. After doing so, I had not heard back from the company in a little while, so I tried reaching out via phone. Mistake one. I sent them several call and voice messages throughout the week just for them to never reply. I eventually got in touch with them via email, but the recipient stopped responding half way through the chain of replies. I have since followed up time and time again, but they have never gotten back to me. It’s been over a week.
Please, work it out, for your sake.

Make an order.
No updates for 7 business days.
Sent to voicemail on phone every call.
No email reply for multiple days.
When finally replied to "One of your items is no longer being made would you like us to ship the rest of your order"
Was never notified this is the reason order hadn't shipped. Item was listed as in stock on website.
Say yes if no substitute is available.
No update after another 2 days.
