I was having some rough days at work due to stress. i approached my mental health first aider, Ann Woollett, who suggested this course to me.

Having had problems, concentrating, during meditation i was a bit sceptical, i had no reason to be. I tried the trial clips and was immediatrely impressed at how relaxing and calm i felt. That evening i subscribed to unlock the full course.

I look forward, with anticipation, to when the other courses are unlocked.

i would highly recommend ths course to anyone that needs to destress or use the other courses to deal with other everyday problems.

I love these meditations. I discovered the site a couple of years ago. Stayed with it for a bit and dropped it. I’ve just come back and following the course. After each meditation, I’m so relaxed and no anxiety or depression. I have multiple sclerosis and the one for pain management works very well. Most of the recordings are 20 minutes which is a perfect duration. I’m sticking with it this time!

Very helpful. Just what I needed.

Wasn't particularly good imo I've experienced better ones on YouTube. Rather generic and voice wasn't particularly soothing or relaxing.

I have enjoyed my experience. When I am able to focus, it is very relaxing. I live in a house with lots of noise and activity, so it's hard to find time when I won't be interrupted. I am working on it. Thanks. I love the pain relief and the deep ocean meditations the most.

The music is so helpful for meditation and the techniques learned from the Mindfulness course they do, combined are just life transforming!

Very Positive and Innovative Company

I've been involved with Meditainment since the last century(!), and have always loved their ideas, journeys, and ethos. I've lost count of how many people I have recommended them to over the years. My favourite thing - which I don't think they do now - when you could tailor your own journey, but that's okay, theyve still taken me to wonderful places in my mind, and left me relaxed and refreshed on many an occasion. I do use other apps as well these days, but I'll always follow Meditainment, as long as theyre going.

The 7 minute guided meditation was really great. I look forward to experiencing the others that target specfiic themes and also downloading the app.

I used to listen to your meditations back in the '90s. They were great back then and they have improved with time. Very memorable and the best meditation technique I have experienced.

I cannot have enough time to listen all specially the voyage 2 and 3.

so far so good, like the app. I'm waiting to see if the sleep adventure is any good.

Well there are not enough good things I can say about these amazing meditations but I'll keep it short!!!! I was going through a really bad period of insomnia which then brought on a lot of anxiety and was sleeping only a couple of hours a night until someone recommend this app to me. It was life changing! I pretty much use the sleep one every night now and it's rare I ever get to the end of it before I'm fast asleep. I have worked my way through all of them at different times over the last 6 months or so and they have all been incredibly useful to me!!! I have deleted any other similar apps I had as I just don't need them with this. I hope it brings you as much peace and wellness as it has me as it really did help me at a really challenging time. Best of all I didn't have to take the medication I had been prescribed as this app did the trick naturally!

Relaxing and supportive. Enjoying the journey so far and looking forward to the next instalment. The guided meditations are easy to be immersed in with subtle differences to stimulate different aspects of the psyche.
