I used to think online lessons just wouldn’t work for me. I’ve always studied face-to-face, so the idea of switching to online tutoring felt strange.
But I decided to give it a try, and I’m really glad I did. I found a great language tutor through this platform, and the whole experience has been much better than I expected. The lessons are interactive, relaxed, and focused exactly on what I need. Plus, it’s so much easier to schedule and saves a lot of time.

So if you’re still hesitating because online lessons feel unfamiliar, my honest advice is: give it a chance. You might be surprised how effective and convenient it can be. For me, it turned out to be absolutely worth it.

Ca profesor pe platforma Meditatii.ro, pot spune că este una dintre cele mai frumoase și bine organizate comunități educaționale din România. Este un loc unde simți că educația chiar contează și unde atât elevii, cât și profesorii sunt tratați cu respect și profesionalism.

Pentru elevi, Meditatii.ro este un spațiu sigur și prietenos, în care pot găsi rapid profesori potriviți stilului lor de învățare. Platforma face legătura foarte ușor între nevoile elevilor și experiența profesorilor, iar rezultatele se văd: mai multă încredere, mai multă claritate și, cel mai important, mai multă motivație de a învăța.

Pentru profesori, este o oportunitate excelentă de a-ți construi o reputație, de a lucra cu elevi serioși și de a face parte dintr-o comunitate care apreciază munca ta. Interfața este foarte sugestivă, suportul este prompt, iar libertatea de a-ți organiza programul este un mare plus. Long story short,
This website let me restart my mentoring side-career and give back from what I learned during my day job.

And also, teaching is learning, so such a website is a great personal growth engine, both ways (mentors and mentees).

Meditatii.ro is a connector between people having the know-how of various subjects, and people that need to learn from a professional.

I used the app to restart my work of mentoring people, in the domain of IT and Programming.

I appreciate the attention to details and user needs, such as extra information about both teachers and students (probable time table when we are available, clear goals, timelines etc)

The experience and UI is simple, and the connection requests are text based (in Feb 2025 at least), we pay for conversation credits, and I estimate that the basic price should be enough for at least 30 successful conversations.

The best win is that the mentees are professional, the results are shown by having the number of requests tracked in the app.

I've been a member of Meditatii.ro for some time now, and to this day I am very happy with our joint progress.

As a private English teacher, I was initially scouting the web for new spaces to promote myself, stumbled upon them, and said I'd give it a try. Fast-forward to now, and I have taught entire generations of all ages. This meeting spot has allowed me to very quickly pivot from an unfulfilling day job to pursuing my true passion, within a flourishing and rewarding environment. The dozens of people I've met through this platform have been a joy to work with, and I've been very pleased to see how my lessons had a direct, positive impact on their lives, jobs and careers.

Some backstory: as a native Romanian, I graduated in the humanities, though not in a language-oriented field. Unrelated, years later I found this website. In the first month, starting with virtually zero online presence (just a picture and some ad text), I still managed to gather upwards of 9 online students. By the second month, I was fully engaged with the platform -- teaching had turned into my main job. By the third and fourth month, my earnings had multiplied substantially.

People sometimes wonder if it's even possible to "get by" or "make it" in a field that they hold passion for in their hearts. The full answer is: yes, but it's never easy. In a space filled with tens of thousands of tutors and learners, we have to understand that, first and foremost, we are all operating inside a market -- and no amount of academic achievements can get around that. To any new teachers or students, I say this: just sign up, learn how the platform works, and think smart. Be very aware of every step you take, and learn from it -- both pedagogically-wise, as well as business-wise.

In my view, the small team behind the site is very culture-savvy, business-driven, but also passionate about bringing tutors in contact with learners. They are nice, sharp people; every interaction I've had with them has been pleasant and productive. All of this eventually reflects on the community they’ve built, allowing others like me to pursue what they love: sharing education.

Colaborez cu platforma Meditatii.ro din 2023 si sunt foarte mulțumita. Ca profesor de limba spaniolă, am avut posibilitatea de a lucra cu mulți elevi verificați. Platforma s-a dezvoltat mult și apreciez că sugestiile și feedbackul meu au fost luate în considerare.

I discovered this platform not long ago, but it didn't take me long to realize how effective it is.
Meditații.ro is a great launch pad for any teacher/trainer or anyone who wants to teach. The platform is used by so many people that it's impossible not to find people you connect with and take your teaching to the next level.
There is also a Pro version, where you can form a team and, why not, start a business!
I chose Pro, and I congratulate myself on this decision.
So far, the collaboration with Alex has gone very well. And I hope it will continue to do so in the future. He is honest, prompt, and helpful, just as any collaborator should be.

I am satisfied with my collaboration with Meditații.ro and I am curious to see what else they have up to their sleeve in the future.

Sunt profesor aici de cativa ani. De la promovari, la credite, la comision, am lucrat foarte bine cu echipa. Au dezvoltat mai multe chestii pe parte tehnica si acum imi tin doar aici meditatiile fiindca e destul de comod si eficient. Urmaresc sa-mi fac o echipa de profesori ca sa preluam mai multi elevi si vedem ce ne rezerva Domnul pe viitor.

Am început meditațiile pentru că aveam lacune, iar acum mă simt mult mai sigură pe mine. Explicațiile sunt clare, pe înțelesul meu, și lecțiile sunt bine structurate. Primești exerciții potrivite nivelului tău și feedback imediat. Recomand!

Dacă ar fi să rezum în doar câteva cuvinte experiența de peste trei ani în colaboarea cu echipa de la meditații.ro ar fi - bun simț și inovație.

M-au cucerit prin rapiditatea cu care au rezolvat de fiecare dată orice situație survenită și cu faptul că mereu am găsit un partener de comunicare și nu doar un angajat care avea o situație de rezolvat. Unde mai pui că mereu au notat feedbackul și au și făcut schimbările necesare de câte ori a fost cazul.

De asemenea în tot acest timp au îmbunătățit felul de a face lucrurile astfel încât procesul de conectare al elevului cu profesorul potrivit să fie cât mai eficient. Și pentru mine a funcționat chiar foarte bine. Elevii pe care i-am cunoscut prin intermediul platformei s-au dovedit a fi serios angajați în scopurile lor, și este o plăcere să-i însoțesc în călătoria lor.

Am mare încredere în proiectele pe care le desfășoară, pentru că am văzut o echipă de tineri dedicați progresului. Și tare-mi place ce au reușit până acum.

A fost o experienta minunata! Oamenii au fost foarte politicosi si m-au ajutat sa inteleg cum functioneaza site-ul. De cand am inceput cursurile pe site, competentele mele de limba germana s-au imbunatatit considerabil.

Am fost plăcut surprinsă de această platformă și de cât de bine este organizată.
La început când am început sa îmi caut un profesor pentru meditații nu aveam așteptări prea mari deoarece nu știam daca o să mă obijnuiesc cu învățatul online. În schimb, am fost plăcut surprinsă de faptul că pe această platformă totul este bine structurat si organizat iar, fiecare profesor are o biografie bine definită despre experiența sa.
Pe lângă acestea, m-a ajutat foarte mult faptul ca am putut selcta intervalul orar pe zile în care eu aș fi disponibila si am reusit intr-un timp foarte scurt sa îmi gasesc un îndrumător pe placul meu.
Desii am fost șceptică la început, am reușit sa îmi găsesc un profesor ce mă poate ajuta să cresc iar acest site este cu siguranță o alegere bună pentru a învăța de acasă din propriul confort.

Suport oferit și partea de cutomer service, reprezintă elemente care m-au determinat să ofer 5 stele. În plus, platforma este intuitivă și ușor de folosit oferind vizibilitate în mediul online.

Salut! Vreau sa impartasesc putin din experienta mea pe meditatii.ro. In liceu ma descurcam destul de greu la mate, eram mereu undeva intre 5-6 si intr-a 12-a aveam mari emotii legate de bac. Dar am zis sa incerc platforma asta, si sincer, a fost una dintr cele mai bune decizii pe care le puteam lua. Am gasit un profesor care chiar stie sa explice si care s-a adaptat pe modul meu de invatate si nivelul meu. Am facut doar 4 luni si am luat 9.5 la mate la bac! Nu stiu cum sa descriu cat de mult mi-a placut. Am mai avut un profesor inainte de mate si tot ce facea era sa predea si sa-mi dea exercitii. De data asta a fost total diferit. M-a facut sa inteleg si sa-mi placa matematica. Recomand 100%!

This site is a complete mess. Don't use it.

Parts of the site do not work. You get a "500 Server Error" when you are logged in and you try to access the teachers profiles. I send those guys screenshots with the errors and they are just ignoring it saying that i should access the site from different devices or browsers ( which of course i did and i receive the same error). The technical support team should attend some computer science themselves to learn how to solve those tickets.

Also their business model is very questionable. As a user (in this case as a student) you don't get any notifications per email that your application is really forwarded to the teacher you chose. You just wait and wait forever and nothing happens. They even ask you to give them additional 20 € in order to prove that you are a "serious" student or to pay even more for using their service so they are searching the "right" teacher for your needs.
I think letting you wait for a long time is part of their business strategy.

Also the text in the FAQs is formulated very harsh so you get the fealing you are treated like a solicitor.

Apparently they have enough customers and don't want to make efforts to have some more.

Great website for finding students and teachers alike, although I used it to find people to teach piano skills. Not expensive for the amount of features you get!

Am intalnit persoane superbe care m-au ajutat enorm la matematica. Recomand acest site cu incredere!
