Medkoder services were excellent. They were professional and descriptive of their findings. They conveyed useful, constructive feedback. Questions and emails were answered promptly and their price was very reasonable.

In November 2020, Medkoder conducted focused coding/billing trainings for our providers based on three specialty groups. Each training was thorough and well paced, and our trainer was able to stay on schedule while also taking and answering questions throughout. In the planning meetings, their project team staff were responsive to our needs and assigned a trainer to us that had specific expertise and knowledge of both our EHR and our patient population groups. We've had trainings in the past from other vendors that were not as streamlined, making provider engagement difficult to maintain. The overwhelming feedback about Medkoder from our providers was that they were looking forward to the next scheduled sessions. We're excited to expand our partnership with Medkoder to include chart auditing services, which in turn will drive the ongoing training we want them to provide. We highly recommend their services.

The experience from initial introduction to audit summary has been nothing short of excellent. The Medkoder staff are well qualified in the area of coding compliance and provided a thorough standard based review of findings with suggestions on how to implement corrective actions.

Training session was held on September 26 for our physicians, mid-levels and Coding department Presentation was on the 2021 CMS changes as well as various coding challenges for billing orthopedics. The presenter, Angela Clements did an excellent job. Printouts of the presentation was available to all. The physicians in attendance had questions as well as the coders. All questions were answered and explained completely.
I would recommend Medkoder for all training. They went above and beyond to make this training happen with short notice

Phenomenal company with amazing people! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!!

They offered an expert timely response. We were in needed of a quick review to correct possible coding errors. With in hours we had a response in order to bill a correct UB.
