I am happy with LMD as it saves a lot of time when I appeal. I used to consume a lot of time to appeal on the portal but with LMD I select option (appeal) to give me a preprinted form with the insurance, claim image and EOB that has denial. I have option to attach claim history or any other attachment. The appeal is attached to the claim once it is generated so I can have a proof of doing it. They mail it for me or fax it whatever option I select.
Also, I am happy for ERAs enrollment as I don't have to fill out any form, it is already filled out with provider information, this way it is easy to track on payments faster and smoother.
Lastly, I always receive responses back about any issue I ask about which is very helpful.
I need only improvement I need is about monthly report as I need report for submitted claims per day, reports for employees since we work remotely in a lot of times, this report enables me to locate the work done by who and if any mistakes related to fix but in meanwhile, employee will be able to learn to avoid that mistake in the future, it is important to know what work done by who. I understand, LMD focuses more on production of the provider but everything else is also related to the production.

My single most favorite feature is that it tells me WHY a claim got rejected and then lets me correct it immediately and resubmit. Do you know how many hours I spent trying to figure that out on various claims before I started using LightningMD? I don't want to count them. That single feature is a game changer for me!

I also love that I don't have to fill out CMS1500s for certain companies anymore. The benefits checks are more reliable than some insurance companies' own websites. I don't spend any time filling out redundant information anymore to submit claims, it's all saved. Also, Kelly and Brian are excellent to work with. I struggled with the transition in the beginning, but when I shared my concerns with Kelly and Brian, they went out of their way to help me feel more confident using the software. Now I can't imagine trying to do my job without it.

LightningMD is doing exactly what I hoped it would; saving me time and increasing my productivity. Highly recommend!

Setting up different practices and providers for electronic claims filing/ERAs was the easiest process I have ever experienced. Claims management is a breeze and the reports are just what my clients need. The site is pretty intuitive, but if help is needed, customer support is very responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Lightening MD is so easy to use. I'm able to get the job done fast! They are very responsive and quick to get back to you for any questions I've had so far. They also on-boarded me once I signed up, which made things very simple as they walled me through the platform and helped get everything up and running for my practice. Chance lead me to Lightning MD by clicking on an ad at a medical organization webpage, and I have been so thankful ever since that I found Lightning MD!
Flexible, easygoing and wanting me to succeed as a business was my first impression of LMD and its founding partners! They are attentive and so responsive! I would never know that I am across the country from them all! I really felt like their billing software was one that I could eventually use, but they do such a great job billing for my practice, it has been nice for it to not be a concern!
Each month I receive a summary of multiple different reports, but I can log in anytime to their site for any update or review I would want! Thank you LMD!

I started billing for solo mental health providers and small groups through various portals, then I used Kareo. Thankfully I found LightningMD! In comparison LightningMD is soooo much easier on every level. From setup to the actual billing process, it is quick and easy. Their customer service is outstanding and I will not be switching from LightningMD. I am looking forward to what the future holds for the platform and what else it will make easier!

I have used several softwares but this platform is by FAR the easiest to use and train others to use within your office. Cost effective solution to keep things organized and have your business running smoothly. I LOVE the chat option where you can message with a rep, its a great feature! I ask questions throughout the day and I always get detailed responses with additional tutorials attached. You can always request to speak with someone but the chat feature allows you to backtrack and look over explanations at a later time. Overall, one of the best platforms Ive used, I have done several tutorials with prospective billers for my office and they all have the same reaction... "Wow, that was Quick & Easy". No complaints here! 5 stars for sure!

Other than system lagging at times, its a very easy billing platform to work with .

I started taking insurance this year and learning how to bill was a total headache. LightningMD is blessedly easy to use and has turned the time it takes me to bill from hours to minutes. My next step would have been to hire a biller, but thankfully I didn't have to!
