We are sorry that there was a delay with the delivery of your parcel. Our tracking however, has shown that this has now been delivered. If this is not the case please contact us at info@medlamps.co.uk.
There are severe Royal Mail Strikes at the moment which are causing delays. We did note this on our website when you ordered. We also offer FedEx as an option if you required the item faster.

The customer care team was very effective and helpful at answering any concerns. The delivery was slightly delayed, but do not think MediLamp was at fault as the Strikes were on!

Quick and accurate
Came quick, packed well and did actually fit the slit lamp that it was advertised for as I feared it may not be compatible as mine is an older model. Well done will be glad to shop here again

No problem with Medical Lamps, service good. Unfortunately parcel was caught in the postal strike and took from Tuesday one week until Monday the following week for delivery. Product as expected when opened.

Purchase report
The purchase went through very smoothly and delivery was prompt and efficient. Can't comment on the bulbs as I haven't had to use them. They are in reserve for when the one in use at present fails. Just hoping they are the right ones for the job - the projector is about 50 years old!
