Overall I had a great experience
Overall I had a great experience. Product was dispatched quickly and was well packed and secured from any damage. I received exactly what I have ordered. I ordered it at 26th of April and since I was in a hurry I picked an expensive express Fedex delivery and.. here is the thing. I received the product way quicker then Fedex stated. On 27th of April I received a text message from Fedex that parcel was collected by them and I should expect it to be delivered on 3rd of May while I actually received it at 28th of April (4 days earlier). A few hours after I collected the package, Fedex sent me another text message saying that the parcel will be delivered actually on 28th of April, the same day I already received it.
I was lucky to pick it up as I didnt plan to be available this day, especially I didnt expect any delivery as I was 100% sure that the delivery is scheduled 4 days later. Hopefully everything was fine at the end, bulbs work great and I won't hesitate to order from Medical Lamps UK in a future. I totally understand that it was a glitch in Fedex System and Medical Lamps UK had nothing to do with that.
