Sent me a bill and I'm not even a customer!

We recently ordered a new wheelchair with an R90 power assist, and overall we couldn’t be happier with the product. While manufacture initially sent a defect product, every effort was made to replace it it with a brand new complete unit to ensure everything was perfect
When the replacement arrived, a technician came out to install the unit along with our sales associate Jenny Jackson. They were both professional, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
One of the biggest advantages in which was recommended by our sales rep is the lightweight portable wheelchair that folds into our suv, which makes traveling simpler. The R90 has been a total game changer for us. It adds a level of independence my husband and I have been waiting a long time to experience without the expense in modifying our vehicle.
We are greatful for the extended support and very happy to improve our day to day life. Thank you team medplus and specifically Jenny for looking after us.

Medplusrx has provided me great service, they are attentive and reliable. I get my medications on time and that’s important to me. I’ve never been good with computers but I find that their website is user friendly.

I have emailed twice and no one responded. I called, and they said I would have my order Thursday. It now says it won't be here until Monday. Very dishonest. Very bad service.

Never any issues. Great customer service. Have been ordering with this company for years.
