We have been purchasing Cadex medical alarm watches from epill.com for years. The Cadex watch works fine in terms of setting time and alarms and entering medical alert information. However, the case on them always breaks. In the past, when we notified them about the case breaking, we would send them a picture and the original order information and they replaced the watch as they should. This time, the case broke on both sides after only 7 months normal wear. We sent the information to them, but no response. Then we noticed that the warranty now only covers the electronic and mechanical aspects of the watch. So $140 down the drain. Stay away from these watches if you don't want to waste your money.
