Helpful customer service
Customer service was helpful with placing my order today. I needed help ordering WiQo PRX-T33, because the product is not listed on website anymore. I called & representative placed order for me. Over 3 weeks ago I brought this to the attention of a representative, yet it is still not resolved . There are also problems with at least 1 product that Can be ordered, yet not actually being carried anymore. 9/4/25 I was able to order several boxes of Biorepeel body peel online. Turns out my credit card was not actually charged as I'm told it's no longer being offered. There was no indication on website of this. I informed representative of this that day., & told it would be taken care of, but see Today the Biorepeel body peel is still on website. I was hopeful it was back & I was still able to go through the motions of ordering it again. Again I was told no Ionger carried. I let Representative today know about this issue & that almost a month I was told it was going to be resolved, but clearly not yet.
I am happy with the prices & products , although would like to see Biorepeel body come back & I wish Perfect Derma Peel (especially those with booster) could be added to inventory.

At the same time, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issues with product availability and the delays in updating the website. Your concerns about Biorepeel Body Peel and other items still appearing online, despite being unavailable, have been noted. I’ve escalated this matter to our team so we can work on resolving it promptly.
We also appreciate your suggestions regarding bringing back Biorepeel Body Peel and adding Perfect Derma Peel with boosters to our inventory. Feedback like yours helps us improve our offerings and services.

Long wait time for product
I run a medical office and decided to try Med Supply Solutions for one of the products they have (to which I purchase direct from the manufacturer). However, there are times when I purchase through distributors. Upon general search, Med Supply Solutions didn't have any negatives so I figured I'd try it out. It's been two weeks since the original order, and no updates. This company is located in the Netherlands so that's the first problem. Second, their call center is in Canada. There's no telling when we will receive our order as no one knows any status. If you can go direct with manufacturers, I would skip ordering from Med Supply Solutions as my experience has not been a good one.

My dysport was delivered late
My dysport was delivered late, 7/7/2025, and at 29.2°C / 85°F. Way too hot. Before reconstitution dysport is supposed to be no more the 8°C /46°F. I am very unhappy and cannot used this

Excellent experience always. When our shipment is delayed, the company never hesitates to ship a replacement. As well, they handle all of the tracking and keep us updated.

I ordered 8 vials of filler plus…
I ordered 8 vials of filler plus hyaluronidase and so far only received 3 vials of filler the juvederm .
I am hoping they are sending the rest asap , mainly the voluma and also the restylane.
