Wenn es geht, würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Habe im September bestellt und die Bestellung wurde von der Firma storniert, nachdem Geld eingegangen war. Habe immer noch nicht mein Geld zurückerhalten. Ich werde immer weiter vertröstet, dass sie es weiterleiten an ihre Finanzabteilung und dann auf einmal, dass sie es ja schon überwiesen hätten. Das Problem müsste ja meiner Bank liegen.
Bestellt dort nicht!

Item ordered and not delivered and then they made me chase Yodel who eventually said it had been delivered to wrong address. Meet Curve customer service disgustingly bad and keep implying i have got item and saying I not received it im honest customer. I will have to except they not going to deliver and send my order again put it down to experience and I tell everyone what a scam company they are

Misleading website, poor communication – refund refused

I placed an order with Meet Curve on October 15, 2025, without realizing the products were shipped directly from China. The website made the items look high-quality, but they turned out to be cheap products.

After weeks with no delivery, I decided to withdraw from the purchase and refused the package. The seller now only offers a 50% refund, which is against EU consumer rights and the German withdrawal law.

Customer service replies with repetitive template messages and provides no real solution.
I strongly advise others not to buy from Meet Curve – misleading, uncooperative, and legally questionable.

Bestellte Artikel passt nicht, Retoure gestaltet sich schwierig, da der Paketpreis für die Retoure teurer ist, wie der eigentliche Warenwert war.

I read in internet alot of bad reviews and I toght I would be scamed, but to be honest im absolutely amazed by the quality and grate product i recived, i took a few weeks to be delivered but the wetsuit are very comfortable and cute, they have a very good bra support like a BRA form and they are beautiful

Awful refunds experience with meet curve - do not buy anything from this site . It’s a scam. They offer part refunds only. So sad that overseas companies are allowed to operate in this way. AVOID.

Avoid This Website – Poor Quality and No Proper Refunds

Don’t buy from Meet the Curve. I should have done more research before placing an order. The website looks professional and trustworthy, but the reality is very different.

The item I received was nothing like the pictures on the website, the quality was cheap and disappointing. When I requested a refund, they told me I’d have to send the item back to an address in the U.S. at my own expense, which would cost more than the item itself. Instead of refunding my full $70, they offered me just $14.

I’ve had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company because it’s clear I won’t get my money back otherwise. Be warned —this company does not stand by its refund policy and is not worth the risk.

Tolle Produkte auch in großen Größen,sehr sauber verarbeitet und wirken hochwertig. Flotter Versand und freundlicher Kundenservice!

Ware bestellt und bezahlt aber nicht erhalten.
Selbst nach Vorlage der Überweisung von der Kreditkartenfirma hat meetcurve immer noch behauptet keine Zahlung erhalten zu haben. Es kam immer wieder eine Standardantwort das die Zahlung nicht eingegangen ist und sie mehr Informationen brauchen.

Ware braucht sehr lange bis es überhaupt ankommt und die Retoure ist eine Katastrophe. Geld zurück gibt es nicht wenn man mit Kreditkarte zahlt stattdessen gibt es eine gutscheincode die nicht funktioniert. Nie mehr wieder!

Great quality, amazing fit.
The only reason why not 5 stars is, because the delivery was a bit longer than expected and the fear you have, that if something does not fit, I cannot give it back. (I ordered 3 years ago something and the return policy is shit - you cannot send back anything, you just get some money back. But only if you are very persistent with your emails). Fortunately, this time everything fitted perfectly. The bikinis are so good and fit me so well, that I take that risk once in a while.

Heute kam meine zweite Bestellung von Meet Curve an . Ich bin vollkommen begeistert, das Badekleid habe ich jz zum zweiten Mal gekauft, und bin nach wie vor begeistert.
Ich gebe 5 Sterne , der Artikel kam schnell an , die Größenangabe war sehr genau, die Farbe sieht genau aus wie auf dem Bild , die Qualität , ist sehr gut.
Ich gehe wieder sehr gerne ins Schwimmbad seit ich meine beiden Badekleider habe .

Bei dem Schwarzen Oberteil kamen die Bügel nach dem Waschen raus. Von tragen her ist es angenehm und die Hose rutscht bei Bewegung im Waaser nicht runter und ist trotzdem bequem.

I am very surprised by bad reviews. I only order from meet curve. I have made a recent order and I will review after this delivery also. But ordering online is always a risk. But I make sure my measurements are correct. I absolutely love their fit and designs. I can’t wait for my next order.

Badeanzug so toll, nur bei den Ärmeln viel zu eng, so daß es einschnürt. Wenn ich es zurück schicken will, muss ich Versand selber bezahlen. Was sich für mich ja nicht auszahlt

Fast delivery, and the clothes fit

Die Grössen stimmen leider überhaupt nicht. Badekleid war in der Länge viel zu kurz und in der Breite zu breit (trotz genauem Ausmessen!).
Das Bikinioberteil bietet überhaupt keinen Halt.
Das Material fühlt sich billig an, die eingenähten Cups haben eine zerknitterte Torpedoform.
Rücksendungen sind viel zu aufwändig und kompliziert.
Das Paket kam direkt aus China!

Buyer beware!!
The website suggests Australian but returns have to be sent to America!!! They were insistent that the best I could get was 75% back but I could keep the product. I clearly didn’t want it which is why I wanted to return it. They are not based in this country (Australia) they use a drop shipment in NSW. That they always replied to emails around 3 in the afternoon also is a tell that they are based elsewhere. This in itself is not a problem. What is a problem is their returns policy and that they are very cagey about where they are based. I am sending my concerns to ACCC
