Maev is always responsive and if there are ever any issues with the delivery they respond quickly (even through email) and send a replacement order right away.

Maev is such a great company and I'm so happy I found them. They have such great quality ingredients for raw feeding and I feel very confident feeding my dog their food, knowing it is fresh and healthy. Their customer service is great, everyone I have had the pleasure of talking to was so friendly, knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issue (my issues, none with the company or food). I will be a Maev customer as long as I own a dog.

Maev is always great if I have to change delivery addresses or delay shipments.

Just tried Maev on my six month old puppy and he was vomiting and had diarrhea for two days after eating at once. I sent an email to the company and they tried to tell me he got into something environmental. He is never ever alone and his belly got better once I switched him back to his old food. Horrible customer service. I’ve tried other companies and my dog didn’t like the taste and they were happy to refund the order. I will return to Ollie or Nom Nom. Their customer service was much better.

Absolute scam of a company. I accidentally placed an online order and called customer service immediately—less than 15 minutes after hitting the purchase button. Despite the quick response, they refused to cancel the order. Their customer service was unhelpful, inflexible, and showed zero interest in resolving the issue. I would strongly advise others to stay away—there are plenty of better companies out there that actually care about their customers.

They answered my questions right away no need for back and forth!

I wished it were not so but I am very disappointed in Maev. They seemed great when I was doing research and I bought into the hype, and my dog even liked the food. Similar to what I've read has happened to several others, my pain with Maev was in their order fulfillment. Their website and the logistics around the subscription, reordering, cancelling, is really a mess. I was ordering my second batch of food (things were great at this point) and due to their clumsy interface it appeared I made two orders. No big deal right? I emailed their support and told them what happened and wanted to be sure I only received one order and also only charged for one. The support rep responded immediately and very nicely and said, "I can confirm that an order of 6 bags of Raw Food for Anxiety & Mental Health was successfully processed yesterday, it should shipped to you tomorrow, 03/07.

To avoid unwanted orders and charges, I canceled the duplicate subscription that was accidentally created".

Sounds fine so far. The following day I recieved my order and I was surprised to find two orders. I checked my billing and I was charged two times. I reached back out to support and the same gentlement responded. I told him I was charged and recieved two orders. It wouldn't have been a huge deal if I had a commercial size freezer just for dog food because each order is 30lbs for my dog, thus I had to throw away 25lbs.Ultimately, I asked them to do the right thing and they responded they could not refund me and they were sorry. Not okay in my book. Hard to believe the founder went to MIT and Harvard Biz School with a focus on eCommerce because that's the only thing broken best I can tell. Not worth the potential pain to go with this company when there are so many options.

I know the intention for these companies, but the delivery is nothing like they portray it to be. It isn't at all served how they show. It clumps up with the parts that's unthawed to mush. Gotta do better, this isn't ice it don't break up into nice little chunks.

Quickly and efficiently helped with my subscription inquiry!

I canceled my subscription and four days later I received a shipment.
Gorilla customer service business.
My order was delayed 11 days so I was forced to buy alternative food for my dog costing me an additional $200 that comprised my rent payment for March. After demanding a full refund and cancellation of my subscription I was offered $10 off my next order. What?! The second compensation offer was for $100 off my next order. OMG!!! The final offer was my next order for free! Now why would they not just give me my full refund?!! I had canceled way before all of these pathetic and down right insulting offers to pacify me. Do they really think I would want to continue giving this company any more of my hard earned and extremely limited income!!!
What is wrong with this company??!!!! I even wrote to Katie Spies directly on Instagram. No response. Really?!!!
I have reported this company to the BBB with the hope that they will get me a full refund and to help other potential customers from being robbed.

BUYER BEWARE
First experience with them was garbage. The package is arriving later than stated and we won’t be there to get it, so the package will be spoiled. Standard scripted replies that they can’t do anything to fix their mistake and no apology for the mixup. I’m losing over $200 on my first experience with them. Cancelled any recurring orders with them and their response was basically thanks for trying us, hopefully we’ll see you back! Seriously?!? No thank you.

This company is shady AF!
They shipped me food that I didn’t even order! I had food in my cart with a coupon code applied IN CASE I decided to order. I found this food on Chewy.com and decided to order through them and less than 10 hrs later, at 2am my time, there was an unauthorized order of a large shipment. It was NOT even the food I had in my cart and there was no 20% off coupon applied!!!
I emailed customer svc of what happened and they sent me a standard reply you cannot cancel an order after it’s been placed. I DID STATE CLEARLY THAT I DID NOT ORDER THIS (IDIOTS)!!! I guess if they play DUMB they can keep your money!
