We are a paid service, and we’re transparent about that. Pricing is shown before a purchase is completed, so customers can review the cost and decide whether they would like to continue.

We put significant work into developing our assessments, personalized results, cognitive activities and ongoing platform features, and like most online services, we charge for access to them.

We completely understand that the product won’t be the right fit for everyone, but we do want customers to be able to make that decision with clear information about what they are purchasing.

Regarding the report, it is designed to provide an assessment and interpretation of your cognitive performance rather than an answer-by-answer review of the test. We understand that you would have preferred to see exactly which questions you answered correctly, and we appreciate the feedback.

The test itself does take some time to complete, as it needs enough responses to produce a meaningful result.
