Megacart shopping experience was good, they have very good customer service and there produce is good quality fresh fruit and vegetables couriered in good packaging they even sent a welcoming gift of some candies and saffron really appreciate it.

There’s problems with refund and no response received.

Packing very good. Delivery when DPD is used is gread. But. 3 items missing from my order tried their wattsapp chat. No answer in there. Tried to call. No answer. Sent an email slow response. No apology. Still waiting for a second response still no refund or resolution or even an email stating someone is looking into this.

Used once previously rated them 4 stars as quality of some products were not fantastic. They promised to send a complimentary farsan on my next order with no need to add it my order as they noted my account. They didn't add that either.

I live further away from Asian shops so missing items really are inconvenient as I cant just nip out to get it. Service is starting to slack.

I’ve been shopping with Megacart since the first lockdown and until today always received excellent service and quality of products. I had written a review short while ago with one star rating and commented on poor service.
Having read this review Megacart phoned me to apologise and refunded the appropriate amount so credit to them for which reason I’ve changed my rating for them and agreed to give them another chance in the future.

Fast delivery, well packaged and still frozen. Prices are very reasonable and they have a wide range of products.

It is good to order for dry stuffs online. But if it is for fresh vegetable and fruits I cant suggest online shoping as depends on the shop picker - sometime we get veg and fruits in good condition or sometime rotten or dried or unfresh veggie and fruits I received.

Very pleased with Quality and delivery ordered on Saturday afternoon got it on Monday morning in London nicely packed all satisfied keep up the good work.

Site easy to navigate and order placed within minutes.
Order ready to be picked up within a day.
All food packed in paper bags and very fresh although would have preferred not to have the aluminum wrapping with bubble wrap and the one plastic carrier bag.
Megacart hard to find and no parking but otherwise will definitely keep shopping there.

I have ordered online from Megacart few times and every time the service has been very good,right from ordering to delivery. Yesterday I ordered 2 boxes of mangoes to be delivered to London and they were received within 24 hours.Mangoes were lovely. I also visited their new supermarket on
49 Forest Road Leicester which was very clean and well stocked up.
Mr Prabhav is very polite and always willing to help. I am very pleased with the service provided and will continue to shop with Megacart.

Good choice of products at reasonable prices. Friendly customer service. Sometimes they don't have everything in stock which is a shame but they do an automated refund for items not delivered.

All the products are in good condition and with plenty of date.
The fresh produce IS fresh. None had to be wasted.

The telephone service is not good.Very very difficult to get hold over the telephone,not getting the reply instantly.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GOOD RANGE OF PRODUCTS AT REASONABLE PRICES

Very good Indian online store ready to listen to customers and ready to stock items not on their list as per customer request. The fresh produce packed very well on recent delivery and any issues resolved quickly. Customer service good. Delivery well managed. I would certainly recommend and use their services again. In the current pandemic best one stop shop for Indian grocery.

I have used Megacart about 5 times now and each time, I've received my delivery before scheduled date or on time. The vegetables are very fresh and neatly protected in the shipping. Any issues are dealt with quickly and if refunds are required, they are processed by the next day.
