The order was dealt with efficiently except one item was changed without any explanation Patra was replaced with Peas but charged for Patra

Excellent service and produce

Very impressed with megacart. I have finally found a decent online Indian grocery. Really professional customer service and produce was well packaged and fresh. Will definitely shop from them regularly.

Good website. Excellent packing and delivery. Products very good. One star less because the prices are comparatively high compared with shop prices.

As per your order, our prices for MDH are the cheapest in the market (Including stores). All the other prices are competitive and cheaper than other online supermarkets. There is a cost of picking, packing, and shipping which we have to include before it reaches you. We always try to deliver the best quality at the minimum possible prices.
We can't promise the cheapest rates for all the products but we can assure you of the best quality and customer service.

Fabulous service

Second time I have placed an order - both times packages in fab condition and received by recipients on time. Also was kept up to date with deliveries and also informed me with picture of delivery

Highly recommended
I ordered veggies and other general groceries from Mega-cart it was delivered by DPD.
Packing -10/10
Fresh veggies-10/10
2 items were not as per order but called on the number provided on the Website and the customer service was- 10/10.

Overall I am very happy customer And have already started recommending friends and family.
