We had a Megaflo cylinder fitted in August 2022. It started to leak around the blanked off pipe connections in July 2024.
UK- Baxi say this fault is not covered by their warranty. The plumber who carried out the repair said the connections had not been sealed correctly during the manufacturing process.
Baxi refused to refund the plumber's cost.
A very expensive cylinder of disappointing quality.

We fitted two 210i Megaflo cylinder in our home as part of a full house refurbishment in 2014. In 2022 the one started leaking. Last week (feb 2024) the second cylinder’s internal baffle failed and discharged debris, which blocked all our hot water taps/showers. As a result of the debris we had to replace three concealed shower mixer valves at great cost. No warranty since we had not registered the product and did not realise they need annual draining and keep records of annual maintenance. You must also ensure that you keep the benchmark commissioning paperwork. Cylinders failing was annoying, but the primary issue was the damage the failing baffle caused. Simply not worth the risk of the internal baffle failing and the expensive maintenance and warranty hassle. Now using Gledhill cylinders, which have served our holiday home faithfully for years without missing a beat.

It often leaks & the customer service is always looking at ways to sell service contract/plan which charges you £330 pa. Rude customer service & not a professional sounding company.

Absolutely delighted with the quality of service from Nigel at Megaflo. Even before booking an appointment, Nigel spent considerable time over email helping me to narrow down potential causes of my issue (a dripping tundish) explaining all possible scenarios in clear layman's terms. I found this very helpful, given it was essentially, at that point, free advice. I did proceed to book an appointment and Nigel was right on time, very thorough and efficient, respectful of my home (& pets!!), and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained everything he did, showing me as he did so - all very reassuring & professional. Would absolutely recommend his services.
