No communication at all! this is how you lose a potential costumer! Refund requested and go elsewhere.

They always advertise products which they don’t have in stock and keep giving ETA. My order was cancelled after 1 month of waiting. Found the same product somewhere else and cheaper. BEWARE don’t waste your time, shop somewhere else.

Have been a customer for a while
Have been a customer for a while, I order large numbers of envelopes and stuff for my golf club. On this occasion most of my order did not arrive, so after several days contacted Mega, after a few more days contacted Mega, still no envelopes, so the customer service person informed me that they would resend the missing items. Cool, not, only a small portion of the order arrived a week later, still missing 10 out of 12 (box of 500) envelopes, could only say they will try and find them, did not provide much info, like how many parcels to expect or when, but after more time contacting them they finally arrived just in time. I sent a polite thank you to them, but not a word back, no "sorry for the inconvenience" , no merry christmas, nothing.
Very dissapointed Mega.

I have investigated your order, and noticed it was placed on Friday 09.06.2023 and we dispatched the order 2 business days after this date. I also see that the order was delivered on 28.06.2023, and this is obviously due to shipping delays with Australia Post. On behalf of Australia Post I apologise for the extended delay of your order. For any future orders please feel free to request omitting any certain couriers you would prefer not to deliver your order.
