Should you have a problem or need explanation, the people behind Megapass Istanbul are highly responsive. They were able to troubleshoot several issues that unexpectedly arose (and were not their fault). I would especially like to call out Deniz, who stayed awake late at night to compose videos to help us with an issue. He also followed up several times to check that our problem had been solved.
