No follow up of queries. Say they are following things up, but they don’t. They just close down your query, saying that it has been resolved. Absolutely no communication. Appalling customer service.

Ordered an item here weeks ago and it’s still “ in transit” Eventually was told order would be cancelled and would get a full refund l asked for as item was not delivered and was now no use .Still waiting for refund.So disappointing and such bad service for basically over priced items,certainly will not be buying from here again and certainly do not recommend

Very slow delivery
**UPDATED**
Items did eventually arrive but very slow delivery.
I ordered two items from this site about 3 weeks ago. The prices were a little high but the service looked good. Imported IKEA items from Italy. The wait time for the item has been very long but I was aware of this at purchase.
The delivery day was missed. I complained and was told that the delivery would be the following day. it wasn't.
So far two wasted days and no delivery. Debating whether or not an attempt at a refund is going to be worth further hassle.
I DO NOT recommend megastore.com.mt
