I subscribed to MEGOGO specifically to watch the Usyk vs. Fury fight while abroad, only to discover that the service is restricted outside my home country—something they failed to clearly communicate. To make matters worse, I was charged automatically for a subscription I couldn’t use.

I reached out to their support team the very same day I was charged, expecting a resolution, but they told me there was nothing they could do. This demonstrates a complete lack of care for customers and unfair policies.

I will never use this service again and urge others to avoid it.

I decided not to continue using their services because product doesn't worth the cost.
But even if your subscription tier expires - they continue taking money from your bank account. If they couldn't change for a whole year at once - they will charge monthly as they prefer not to protect customers but to suck as much as possible even if it's over. Customer service is useless.

OSZUSTWO. Kupiłem pakiet maksymalnie megogo żeby oglądać walkę Usikaka - Fury 2, ale nie było w żadnej translacji, oszustwo. W necie była infa ze bede onlain na megogo.

Wykupiłem pakiet maksymalny na 2 lata. Przez pierwszy rok używałem bez problemu, byłem zadowolony. Problemy zaczęły się w momencie zmiany dostawcy internetu na Starlink. Starlink dość często przerzuca adresy IP między krajami, a Megogo niestety nie nadąża z aktualizacją informacji o geolokalizacji adresów. Efekt jest taki, że usługa przestaje działać z komunikatem, że jest niedostępna w moim regionie i za każdym razem trzeba pisać do supportu Megogo, aby odblokowali - co trwa od jednego do kilku dni. Aż do następnej zmiany adresu IP u operatora, kiedy to sytuacja się powtarza. Support Megogo nie widzi problemu po swojej stronie, odmawia również zwrotu abonamentu za niewykorzystany okres, nie widząc do tego podstaw. Bardzo niedojrzałe podejście do klienta i najwyraźniej problemy po stronie technicznej również. Dodam, że inne serwisy VOD (netflix, max, skyshowtime, apple tv) w tym czasie działają bez problemu. Stanowczo odradzam Megogo użytkownikom Starlink, a innym również pod rozwagę podsyłam fakt słabego podejścia do klienta.

I wanted to watch Usyk's fight, and when I searched for it, I was redirected to the MEGOGO website and offered to purchase a subscription to watch the video. After payment, I was shown Usyk's 20-minute commentary before the fight and that was it, the broadcast itself was gone. When I contacted support, they said they couldn't refund the money because the video had been viewed. So why did they have to make it look like Usyk's fight, redirect to it, put the same splash screen and description, adding only "commentary" in small letters at the bottom. I do not recommend dealing with this service, especially if you are not in Ukraine.

Chcąc oglądać filmy premium na danych kanałach, wyświetla się błąd odtwarzania wideo.

I have Ukrainian account, and purchased a movie while being outside Ukraine. The payment was charged at the European rate, but the movie was not available in Ukrainian language.
It is not possible to watch the movie on language you may not understand.
I contacted customer support and asked to provide the film on my language, on language of my account, but they refused. Then I requested a refund since the movie was unavailable in my language. they refused again.

The support team responded very slowly, asked for my account number and a code from my email, and eventually refused to issue a refund. I do not recommend this service. If you ever move abroad, you won’t be able to watch movies in your native language at all.

Poorly designed service, aggressive marketing, and low-quality customer support.

Ogólnie jakość obrazu i ceny spoko. Szkoda, że nie ma większości kanałów DVBT-2. Sugerowałbym dodanie kanału Polo tv, który cieszy się dużą oglądalnością. Gdyby ten kanał był w ofercie to bym wykupił pakiet na Megogo. Pozdrawiam

A fairly good service, but there’s a major downside. Even with the highest-tier subscription, it doesn’t feel fully satisfying. Every time new movies are released, they’re still paid separately, only becoming available with the subscription after a long delay. Given this, they could be made available to subscribers right away. Also, it would be nice if top sports events were included for free with the highest subscription tier.

Wykupiłam jednorazowy pakiet za 1 złotych a po tygodniu pobrało mi bezprawnie z konta 45,99 chcę zwrotu pieniędzy

Dla mnie super apka, oglądam na smartfonie działa płynnie, są tam kanały tv na których mi zależy edukacyjne i z filmami, można ściągać filmy na kartę SD i można płacić poprzez Google Play, ceny oki polecam.
