Very solid rack. Took about 2-3 hours to put together. Use Loctite and buy the impact metric bits.
Looks very clean-can’t beat the price either. No issues with it at all!

Great Service

I bought two bulkhead partitions for a Ford Transit van, the first one I ordered was for a high van. Called them to ask for a part (all the parts are interchangeable except the header piece, that's what determines the size you order.
I was going back and forth on whether to refabricate the header, (I ultimately did) and ordered the mid height from them. Between the time I ordered it until it arrived, I went ahead and fabricated it. Works great, quality product, but they won't give me a return address to send the other one back. They want to provide a label nearly approximates the cost of the entire bulkhead. That's the only way they will accept it even after I pointed out their return policy to them. The 5% restock fee makes sense, of course there's a charge to return it. I'm fine with that. Not honoring their own return policy that states return shipping carrier choice is the customers prerogative. Shipping to where it shipped from is less than a hundred bucks through UPS. They want to sell me a label for nearly 300.00. Communication is awful, emails are returned at 3AM, won't answer the phone.
Avoid these folks like COVID, totally garbage company

The unit went together fairly easily, but I had to get a bit creative during installation. The seat frame on my vehicle was wider than the mounting plate provided, so I had to turn the brackets inward at the seat bolts to make it fit. Once installed, it feels solid and secure.

One downside is the fan’s power cord—it uses an older USB connection that isn’t compatible with newer vehicles. Including an updated USB option would definitely improve usability.

For reference, I installed this in a newer Toyota Corolla Cross.

My roof rack arrived on time and not damaged! This is a high quality product, definitely recommend.

So far it’s been good. Still waiting for the correct product to arrive.

Product arrived and I installed it, build quality seemed decent, no issues there. While this product stated it was 100% fitment with my vehicle (Ford Transit Connect XL SWB) it was not. I had to make minor to moderate modifications to clean things up. Customer Service was on the lower end of acceptable. They originally dismissed my concern as install error, but then apologized for the problem and said they would look into it from a design perspective. If the product fits with no mods then its a good product, otherwise you may have issues.

It is taking to long for my product to get to me and no updates

Delivered in secure packaging. Excellent product—All hardware is well made and instructions are clear. Two people can assemble in a couple of hours. We installed four solar panels and it all fit perfectly on the roof of our Ford Transit 250 medium roof van. Feels very secure and aerodynamic when on the interstate. We’ll definitely purchase another Melipron product.

Overall a very nice product. I just finished the installation and I’m curious to see if they are noisy on the highway. I’ll find out later today.
That said, assembly and installation was fairly easy. The instructions provided could be a little bit clearer for the “DYI’er”. But using common sense and a little mechanical knowledge it went well.
Fingers crossed for the first test drive at 75 mph - 80 today.

Quick update. There is additional noise (whistling sound) but it’s not horrible. I’ll attempt some fixes to see if I can reduce it. Still a good product for the money.

Customer service was very helpful, and quick. Had a small problem with needing some extra hardware, they helped, in a very prompt manner. The product (topper rack) is great quality and easily stands up to the loading limits claimed.
Aside from the high quality of the product, the customer service really stood out to me.

Quality product and customer service is top notch. Purchased a laptop mount for my service truck. Unfortunately, it broke but, they had replacement parts to me in no time and were extremely easy to work with.

Product seems to be good but can’t review since a part was missing.

I ordered partition for my transit, I still didn't get it and I paid extra for express shipping.
