I absolutely love this charm necklace and every time I wear it people comment on it. The fact that they’re removable charms means I can swap them about to create a different look. In fact I’m now buying more charms so I can do this. I love how the necklace is sturdy and waterproof and it won’t fade or mark. I feel like I can wear it without worrying about it. I’m not good with delicate! So this is perfect for me. And so cute. I just love it. The postage was super fast too.

I have purchased from their sister company several times in the past and been satisfied with the quality and service provided and thought i would try this one due to seeing some lovely bracelets.
I opted for the mesh bracelet with engraved charms as I had had my eye on it for a while. When I was told I could have my children's handwriting written on them I thought what a lovely unique idea.

Sadly, I wasn't to know I would be incredibly disappointed. I felt that their customer service was unprofessional and dismissive.
The engraving came quite faded on one. When I contacted to say this I was told it was how I had sent the names and that's how the machine had picked it up. There had been no advice around this before the purchase but I figured fair enough, can't be helped.

2 days in and the other charm faded incredibly from dark to barely there. Again, I messaged to ask if this was a normal process and the response was 'to wipe it'.

I then contacted again to express my disappointment, I was offered a refund if I returned the item (presumably at my own expense) and told I was taking up their time. I'd like to note that this item wasn't cheap for a stainless steel bracelet at a total of a £42.50

Whilst I considered the refund , I feel uncomfortable knowing that my children's handwriting, although barely visible would be binned. I now have a 2 week old bracelet that looks as though I've had it 5 years.
The bracelet and material itself is well made but the engraving just looks awful.

I would hardly have said that you spent hours with me, although you did discuss what choices I could have.

I can also assure you, it has definitely faded. I have photos from the day it was delivered onwards.

This is the third piece of jewellery I have bought from M.Elizabeth. I absolutely love this anklet & found the card with QR code to watch videos how to put it on really helpful. The customer service from this company is exceptional.

There was a misunderstanding over my order which was rectified very quickly. Jewellery is beautiful & my daughter loves it. Great birthday present for her.

Great experience! Emailed them for a 30cm anklet chain as this was out of stock on the website and they checked stock and adjusted it just for me! Then sent it out in time for Christmas. Service and anklet was lovely. Would 100% purchase jewellery from them again. Thank you!
