UPDATE 11TH AUGUST 2024

Hello,

We have contacted you to resolve this and replace the item.

We sent over instructions with free postage to get the item replaced with instructions to follow on 21st July.

We have still not received the item back but will wait for you to action so we can resolve this for you :)

I am so sorry to hear the bullet you received is not working. Can I please ask if you have reached out to us before to get this rectified for you?

If not don't worry, one of the team will be reaching out to get you a replacement bullet or a full refund.

Hello,

I am sorry to hear you have not received your parcel. Unfortunately, this is the first time it has been brought to our attention. If you have contacted us I do apology we have not received your communication.

From the tracking number it looks like it has been delivered, however, we will contact you directly to try and get this resolved for you asap.

Again sorry for this inconvenience and hopefully we can return your lost parcel to you.

SJ has reached out to us and we resolved that this was a fault of Evri and not Melting Pleasures and a replacement product order has been received by SJ.

Hi SJ,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We did send out an email this afternoon in reply to your email. Can you please check your spam or junk folder?

In the email, you stated you contacted Evri, and they claimed the parcel was returned to us. However, when we raised the claim with Evri they stated the parcel had been delivered and there was photo evidence.

As a business, we have fulfilled your order on our side. The issue is with Evri.

Please check your email as we sent a link for you to contact Evri again. Unfortunately, until Evri has acknowledged responsibility for the parcel and is happy to cover the cost on their claim insurance, we cannot send out a replacement one.

We are more than happy to help get make your claim with Evri, as once approved we are more than happy to refund or replace your order.

The customer has not reached out so we still do not know why this review was left or what was wrong with the order. As a result, we are unable to rectify the issue.
