Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re happy to hear that Gem picks up voices clearly and that your transcripts need very little editing. That’s exactly the kind of everyday convenience we hope to provide.

You also raise a fair point about the watch band. If you use another smartwatch or fitness tracker, being able to wear Gem alongside it would make the experience much more convenient. We understand why the current Apple Watch-specific option feels limiting.

We’ll share your feedback with our product team as we consider future accessory options. We’d also love to know which watch or fitness tracker you use, so please feel free to let our support team know. We can’t promise compatibility yet, but knowing what our customers use helps us understand where improvements would matter most.

We understand that remembering to start a recording can itself be difficult, especially when remembering things is exactly what you're hoping Memoket can help with. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we'll share it with our product team as we continue working to make Memoket easier and more intuitive to use.

We also wanted to let you know that we do offer an Unlimited plan, which removes the monthly transcription minute limit (up to 24 hours per day). While recording still needs to be started manually, this plan gives you much more flexibility without worrying about running out of minutes.

More accurate transcription, better speaker identification, and clearer separation of conversations and background audio are all important to making AI-generated insights truly reliable. We're truly sorry that it took over two months for your wristband to arrive, and that you had to reach out to us for an update.

While we've shipped all Memoket Gem devices within our promised timelines, we experienced much stronger demand for accessories than anticipated, which unfortunately led to stock shortages and shipping delays for some accessory orders, including yours.

That said, we fully acknowledge that we should have communicated these delays more proactively rather than leaving you waiting without updates. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this caused.

We're actively improving our accessory inventory planning and customer communication to prevent similar situations in the future.

We truly appreciate your patience and support, and we'd love the opportunity to make this right.

Regarding the battery, you can check your Memoket Gem's battery level in the Memoket app when your device is connected. It should appear in the top left corner in the App and it will show the battery percentage there. Also, when the Gem's battery is below 15%, the Gem will vibrate to send a signal. If you need any assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team — we're always happy to help!
