Dealing with Rhonda our arranger from Memoria was nothing short of delightful. Despite the immense sadness of having to organise my young sisters funeral Rhonda went through everything with us step by step to ensure we had everything covered and her quiet compassion and understanding made making some decisions much easier. The service ran without a hitch and all the staff we met on the day were extremely caring and kind. In such sad circumstances we were genuinely cared for.
A truly professional company and one which we as a family would recommend to anyone who either needs to pre book a funeral service or conduct a current one.

My order came in a timely manner but I needed an amendment. Thankfully when the team responded I was met with care and consideration to my circumstance. Based on my latest interactions with Memoria I would be happy to purchase again in the future.

Did not understand that the script would read “in memory of “ my daughter-in-law who is fully alive and healthy. This was a birthday gift, and I am embarrassed by this script. She received it today June 17, 2024. Loves the look and the sound. Not crazy about the script.

My mother's funeral was recently held and what a beautiful dignified service it was. The surroundings were very peaceful and tranquil a perfect place to say goodbye to a loved one. The staff were respectful and caring.

Updated review: The recipient's name was incorrectly put on the tribute part as the person that passed and was being memorialized when first shipped. The item was remade as soon as the company learned of the mistake. They were very apologetic and quick to replace and ship out. I would recommend Memoria to anyone wishing to send a cherished gift to memorialize a lost one.

I want to correct a review I left after my package was not delivered. They corrected it and sent a package out in a few days after the first one was delivered incorrectly, My sister loved the chimes and I will send them as gifts again.

The funeral service went very smoothly and I was completely satisfied with Memoria.

After talking with the company they found my order was delivered to someone in another state. They remade the chime and sent it to my sister that week. I appreciate their work thank you.
