What made my experience great was their customer service. I had a few questions about my order, and Amanda got back to me right away.

Just wanted to let you know your service is stellar.   My urn arrived completely undamaged and is a beautiful product.  The speed with which my order was processed and delivered was unprecedented,  especially for our rural area. And I was kept informed via accurate email every step of the way. 

  The urn wasn't exactly as pictured on your site, but as was explained every urn varies with the marble it's cut from.  I feel this makes the product unique and am very pleased with it.

Very happy I decided to use your company for this important purchase and would gladly recommend your products and service to anyone anytime.

Memoria has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in an online digital offering. Amanda was knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful in fielding all of the questions and possibilities involved in my fathers funeral. A guiding hand with white glove service during a very difficult time. I can’t recommend Memoria enough.

I was impressed with Amanda reaching out via email the day following our order. She was concerned that we receive our order on time and even asked if we needed it expedited. I felt that her company went the extra step to ensure we were satisfied and our needs were met.

My dad passed away on Saturday Aug 5th and his final wish was to have a military casket.. I contacted almost 20 companies to try and get the casket delivered by Tuesday the 8th. Amanda with the Memoria is the only person who helped me make that happen. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the casket and we got it a day earlier than asked for. Without her and the company we wouldn't have been able to make my dad's final wish come true. I definitely give Amanda and Memoria 5 STARS

Amanda was the most amazing person I have talked to from a customer standpoint in a long time. She promised me she would expedite my order immediately and she did. I needed the memorial wind chimes for my brother’s funeral. She went above and beyond putting this order through. Incredibly compassionate, attentive, and personal company. It is unusual in this day to find a company that offers live human contact so easily. The service I received made me feel as if we were standing in a physical store together. This company’s website was easy to navigate when I ordered 3 wind chimes as memorial gifts to family members. The ones who received the wind chimes said they were very beautiful and absolutely loved them to remember their loved one by.

I received beautiful memorial wind chimes as a sympathy gift and it brought me such a feeling of warmth and love for my deceased son that I purchased another for outside my bedroom window. I love the gentle frequent soft sound and the beauty of the chimes.
