Memorials of Distinction gave helpful advice and then handled everything, making the process stress free. Possibly the only thing everyone has agreed on has been how good the headstone looks and how much straighter it has been fitted compared to the ones around it. Very pleased with the service and the result.

Good communication and thoughtful kind people help you through the process from start to finish no sales pressure and an excellent good quality headstone at the end that I’m very pleased with all delivered in the time frames mentioned in communication.

Choosing a head stone was just emotional, but realising this is the last thing I could do for my late husband . My son recommended Memorials of Distinction as he had used the company in purchasing a head stone for his father my late ex husband.
I contacted them and straight away I felt at ease, I explained what I looking for and there was no pressure, I was sent a catalogue and was able to make a choice with the help of family.
All I can say , when I decided on the head stone and contacted the company to place the order , they were very understanding, explained the process and payment , and ever time I contacted them , they were always polite friendly and patience with me

I was kept in the loop at every stage , from choosing a picture and inscription on the stone.

They exceeded my expectations too , when I received a email earlier than expected to say the head stone had been installed,

I sadly had to arrange two memorials simultaneously but with Memorials of Distinction, the process was smooth from start to finish. I had a bespoke idea in mind for my grandparents’ memorial, and I was unsure whether I could find a company to fulfil this vision. After contacting different memorial companies, and finding out they would be unable to help, I was pleased to find a company that had the resources, expertise and flexibility in place to deliver what I had in mind. As it turns out, the memorial was even better than I envisioned. The family was truly impressed. Another visitor even came up to us in the cemetery to complement the memorial. It’s a wonderful tribute to my grandparents that has really helped to provide some comfort and closure.

My great uncle’s stone was also excellent. It’s clear great care and attention was taken to seamlessly match the font and colouring to the headstone above belonging to my great grandparents’ (another thank you for going above and beyond to clean up this headstone).

I have no hesitation recommending Memorials of Distinction. The team really took the time to understand our bespoke requirements as well as giving advice. Communication was thorough and timely throughout, and the quality of the works was beyond expectations. A brilliant service. Thank you!

The customer service was excellent from my first telephone enquiry, to visiting the show room, to then finally having my Mum's Headstone put on her grave. Any email enquiries I sent we're answered straight away. I would highly recommend this company to other people.

From start to completion this company has been outstanding.
The communication has been on point. I must have contacted i don't know 6 or 7 companies for advice and help. Charlie emailed back within a few hours and that's when the process started. Absolutely FANTASTIC company. When I asked for the headstone to be installed a few weeks after planned due to laying my Mums and Uncles ashes to rest MOD were more then happy to oblige.

Seldom have I known and experienced any company or service that has been as fantastic and dependable as Memorials of Distinction! My mother and I required a memorial stone, having looked at their website we had seen a traditional memorial we greatly liked. I made an enquiry and from start to finish their communication and support truly has been in a class of its own. Any time I ever had any questions or enquired for a progress update was met with the utmost professional response. No effort was too great. Prompt replies were always deeply appreciated, along with a photograph from the mason upon the day of installation (received about three days later, after the weekend) as we had asked for (if it was possible; it was possible and so appreciated). There really is nothing negative to say, which has been the most uplifting experience. If we could give 100 stars in this review it wouldn't be too many for they earnt them! Thus based on our experience we can highly recommend Memorials of Distinction to anyone else in a heartbeat, everything has worked like clockwork and we are absolutely thrilled to bits with the memorial stone and the excellent installation which has been to an excellent standard.
