Great program for consultants or anyone that needs to track time spent on a computer. I use it to assign hours to multiple clients, and for the ones that have integrations it saves me multiple hours of entry each month. Simple, unobtrusive and easy to use.

Recovering just one missed hour more than pays for the subscription cost.

Memtime has fundamentally improved how I track time. As someone who is neurodivergent (ADHD), I struggle with time blindness, memory recall, and attention fragmentation. Time logging has long been a source of frustration. I used to rely on a patchwork of systems—calendar events, project plans, browser history—to reconstruct my workday, and even then, accuracy was inconsistent.

Memtime solves this by providing a visual timeline of my day. It helps me see what I actually did, not just what I intended to do. It runs silently in the background, capturing every app, document, and meeting—no timers or manual input required. This removes the pressure of remembering and recording tasks in the moment, letting me focus on the work itself.

I've integrated Memtime with ClickUp, making it easy to assign time to project tasks. I’ve also connected it with Outlook, Google, and Apple calendars, so scheduled meetings appear alongside the activity timeline. This allows me to review and categorise my day in minutes, improving the accuracy of both billing and internal reporting.

The interface is mostly intuitive, though some features take a little time to get used to. The Knowledge Base is helpful when troubleshooting or learning new functions.

For anyone who struggles with traditional time tracking—especially those with ADHD or similar challenges—Memtime is a reliable, low-effort solution that works with your brain, not against it.

This software is a genuine lifesaver for someone with ADHD. I have been using it for a few years now and there is just nothing life it on the market. I've tried a few including Toggl, but nothing really exists outside of this software for those of us that need something that can't get into the habit of doing timesheets as you go.

Not only do I have the most accurate timesheets in my firm, but I can complete them a week later without the need to try and stress over remembering what I did each day, running through my browser history and sent items mailbox trying to re-establish an inaccurate timeline of the entire previous week.

I also have some awesome time reporting metrics that no-one in the firm has where I can determine proportion of my time spent over a period on different jobs (billable vs non-billable time) and time spent on specific tasks. The data is also directly exportable to CSV which lets you run pivot tables, etc over the top to create even more customisable reporting.

This product was designed thoughtfully and for true peace of mind. It's not cheap paying out of my own pocket, but for how much stress it takes away from my day-to-day, I couldn't imagine not using it. If pay the cost twice over just to have it.

I'm an attorney and I have to bill my time to clients in 6-minute increments. Ideally, I would bill time contemporaneously with performing work, but sometimes I don't have time to do that and I have to enter my time after the fact. I used to have to make sure I had diligent notes in order to do this in an accurate way, but Memtime allows me to just see what I was doing at any particular time on a particular date. If I know I had a meeting with a client on the 5th, for example, and that it was scheduled for 30 minutes but might have been longer or shorter, I go check Memtime and get the exact length of the meeting, as well as the platform used, etc. It's a lifesaver.

I would though like a function to easily transfer historic data if you move over from one PC to another.

Memtime gives me more headspace, because I don't immediately have to write down my billable hours. I can just check on the end of the day what I did and write those hours down.

Great time tracking with the ability to set the granularity on the time frame. Can setup multiple clients, projects and tasks so it is easy to log them as you go. Reporting is good and consistent format so you can setup macros or AI to summarize and populate invoices etc. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the price point is a bit high but the user interface is simple and easy to use compared to others.

The software works well. It allows me to focus on my daily tasks and not worry too much about which client I'm working on. Then, at the and of the day, I review everything Memtime has tracked and add it to my Time and Attendance system.

As an accountant I am working across multiple jobs a day and also multiple devices and needed something to track it all accurately
I find this is a big timesaver and syncs very well with XPM for invoicing
Will never look back with using this software - absolute game changer

This tracks my time on my computer so I do t have to remember what I worked on. I only wish I could also have it for my phone too. 🙂 It’s great! Saves me so much time.

I love this software! It catches my activities throughout my day on all my devices that I have it installed on and allows me to not have to worry about what I did throughout the day when I jump around from project to project all day.

I would of course prefer if an integration existed to directly connect to our Accelo management software but that's not in there just yet.

Other then that improvement, if the software had a way to interconnect all the instances so that I could see time spent on another device from any device, it would be great to streamline the entry process of moving my time from Memtime to our timecard software.

Memtime is so helpful with my ADD time tracking. I highly recommend it for consultants or anyone needing to track their time & online activity. :-)

Memtime saves time and has made me more efficient and helped my invoice day be a matter of hours rather than days - I love it!!! I am not going to screenshot this to get an amazon voucher as I think America and Amazon should not be supported in any way at the moment. I am dissapointed memtime would support them.

Easy to use. Been using it for a year now. Great time tracking aid to remember what I did earlier in the day. Works in the background. It keeps track of what I worked on even when I forget to keep track.

This app has saved my timekeeping more than once! Before I used this, I would typically either manually keep a timesheet or use the timer on my phone to keep track of a given project. But no longer! What I love the most is how the "Captured Activities" work as a reminder (including links to documents or applications) that allows me the chance to recall what I've done to the exact moment. There are so many other features that I'm not using yet, but i intend to do so!

The support we received when on boarding was stellar.

Memtime is super easy to install and use. We've been using it for more than a year now. I don't like to, and can't keep up to entering billable time as I go most days, this is a life saver and a money maker. There's a ton of functionality that we don't use/need but we have written a tiny piece of code to read the exported .csv reports into our proprietary time entry/ billing system. It works great.
