Excellent time tracking app. Memtime was just what I needed to track my time. Once projects are set up it becomes very easy to assign time. This makes life much simpler when time to bill clients.

It tracks EVERYTHING, even my phone calls. I always know what I’ve been working on.

No need to start a timer, and then forget to stop it, etc. You just do your work and it saves everything you do, down to the last detail.

Plus, it’s local. As a lawyer, that’s most important to me.

Plus, employees don’t view it as a surveillance tool, which it is not.

Saves me so much time, I am no longer missing client billings and so simple to use.

For anyone who is on their computer most of the time and who need to know what they are doing (Accountants/Lawyrs etc) Memtime is a MUST !!!

I just wish it had been around a long time ago. I am eagerly awaiting for the phone app for Android as this will be the icing on the cake.

Do yourself a favour and get this programme.

I love the way this records everything automatically and you can then quickly assign what it records to jobs by just drag and dropping. I had some issues with integrating it with Xero (not the apps fault) and the support team were very good in finding out what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Now we can instantly see what time is being spent on what task within what job, instantly!

I am a sole practitioner with little computer experience. She patiently walked me through every step of the way. After working with her, I felt much more comfortable with the product so much so that I am looking forward to capturing all of the time that was once missing. This is my 32nd year and it hurts to think of what could have been.

A great way to pretty effortlessly track productivity and see how and where you're spengign time especially if your work is computer based.

All in all, the software is great. The way it tracks program usage makes it easy to figure out what I was working on and which project and task to assign it to. Added features like logging reminders and target hours were extremely helpful. Well worth the money.

The customer service provided by memtime is terrible. I was not aware that all my data would be inaccessible after I cancelled my subscription and they have been less than helpful. It does not sync on different devices and the reporting was clunky. I have moved to free time tracking software and that's much better. I'd recommend looking at free alternatives before paying for this software.

Five stars for the on-boarding process. I am in the two-week free-trial period so we will see how it goes. But setting up the account, installing it and running it are pretty smooth. And to the people who complain about the subscription renewing - please learn how things work. Don't give a one-star review to a business that follows very standard business practices. If you don't want to renew, you must cancel BEFORE it renews. Don't fault the software provider. I have few subscriptions but for those that I do, I am greatly appreciative of the auto-renew feature.

Before We started using Memtime we often did work for clients and got busy and forgot that we did it and did not bill them. MemTime has been a great tool to help us track our job hours.

This is the PERFECT time tracking software for my graphic design needs - I can work on several projects at once and I can easily identify what I'm working on when labeling the timeline. EXCELLENT customer service - very personal and professional service! THE BEST!

Memtime has been a game-changer in how I track and reflect on my workday. I was impressed by how it integrates with Wrike (and is why I initially tried the program). While the Wrike connection is a nice bonus, I found that I (like others in my company) get the most value from Memtime’s timeline feature. It’s hands-down the most useful aspect of the platform.

The timeline makes it incredibly easy to reconstruct my day, especially bouncing between tasks. The passive tracking means I don’t have to rely on memory or constantly update a calendar. That level of visibility has had a direct impact on my focus and productivity.

The interface is intuitive, the design is clean, and the setup was pretty fast. I don't have a need for custom tagging, so can't really speak to that feature.

Best tracker for work. Since many times I have a lot of IT solwing with urgent phone notice, I would forget half of work I have done for my customers and my company. Beeing able to lookup and write work orders after a long day, really help a lot. Would recommend!
