I chased the invoice many times, without any reply, over 30 days waiting.
I am complaining about the fact that I requested the invoice for over 30days to the customer support, and nobody reply to my email. I am wasting my precious time, to chase an invoice of 40USD.
please provide the invoice for the account: 1554196
after chasing the customer support, I received the receipt but not the invoice for the company.
please, forward the invoice. thanks

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. Iâve carefully reviewed your case, and I truly apologize for any inconvenience youâve experienced.
To clarify, all payments for our services are handled by Google and Apple. They automatically send invoices directly to users at the time of purchase. After checking, it appears that you have already received the invoice via your app store account.
We recommend checking your email associated with your app store account or logging into the respective platform (Google Play or Apple App Store) to access your purchase history and download the invoice.
If you need further guidance on how to locate it, feel free to let us knowâweâre here to help!
