The delivery guy was in the wrong street. I eventually convinced him of this but it took a good 10 minutes He kept insisting he was at the right address when I was standing on the street in front of my home

Where I am, there are limited choices for home delivery but the list is growing.
Menulog makes it easy to order and acts as the middle man in case of issues. They will check on late orders, arrange refunds etc. More than happy to order via Menulog!!

Food was never delivered, Menulog refused to give refund. They said they could only give credit towards another order, but the credit they offered was less than the cost of the order because they “can only credit food items” and not service fees.
Will never use this service again and will actively campaign to everyone I know to delete the app

Unfortunately where we live there’s very few (2) choices and both are pizza so our experience at home isn’t great. If we use it when we’re away, out experience has been better

MOST TIMES MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS FROM THE SERVICE STATION BUT I STILL PAY FOR IT RIGHT THEN BUT IT TAKES DAYS AND DAYS TO BE REFUNDED. I'VE EVEN HAD SOMEONE DELIVER ON A CRAPPY BIKE...NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WAS COLD, VERY EXPENSIVE.I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I WAS REFUNDED BECAUSE 2024 I HAD SPENT A LOT OF MONEY & HALF THE TIME IT WAS $100-$300 AND DIDN'T GET ANYTHING. Don't think I will use again.

Menulog is simply incompatible with my home address.

My order doesn't get placed straight away wen i have placed it.my order gets excepted but I wait a really really very very long time for it.and two hours later i get a message saying that my order has been cancelled.and that I will get a refund for it in 24 hours.or it will take 3-5 business days for it to go into my bank account.i keep checking after 5 days for the money for it to go into my bank account.and it doesn't happen,iam still waiting on 3 of my refunds from last month which i still haven't gotten that money.and iam still waiting for it, just like my two refunds from over a week ago that still hasn't been put into my bank account yet.thats alot of money that u guys have all stolen from me.That's $500 that's been stolen from me and I haven't even seen a cent of it at all. You guys shud be giving me lots of menulog account credit for me to use.even if its just $200-$250 for menulog account credit, that's still some money that I can get back and use on something else again.
