We have previously had great service . However this time, booking was less than satisfactory. On lone booking is at best very poor.
It took about e tries for us to get it sorted out.

Easy booking with reasonable fares for whatâs included. I booked the day of when I had a last minute flight change⊠had some great conversations with the driver which I always appreciate especially on trips in new places. I plan to be using the company when Iâm back.

No Problems, I recommend!!
Iâve reserved chauffeur services before but never with this company. I honestly was impressed on how well everything was coordinated. I met my chauffeur at the arrival hall in the Houston airport with him being welcoming. The vehicle was nice as youâd expect when booking a car service, no problems whatsoever which is what I always hope for in booking a car. Overall great experience!

I booked a ride from Pearson Airport to downtown Toronto for a weekend trip, and the experience was fantastic. A friend had recommended the service, and Iâm so glad I went with it. The customer service was excellent they confirmed all my details in advance and even kept me updated as my flight landed. The driver was waiting for me right at the terminal, helped with my luggage, and was super polite. The car was spotless and really comfortable, making the drive into the city smooth and relaxing. I spent the weekend in Toronto, and when it was time to head back to the airport, the same driver arrived early, making sure I had plenty of time for my flight. I reserved via email decided to select an SUV, in my perspective the rates were more reasonable then others for the vehicle and service provided. Car was spotless with the driver being professional.
