I fell down one night outside and had…
I fell down one night outside and had to crawl to the back door but couldn't make it because of sore knees. I pressed my button after getting over the shock of it all. My call was answered within a minute and I asked the caller to ring my neighbour to come in to help me up. Within a few minutes my lovely neighbour was there to help me up. Because it was late and all my neighbours would have been in bed and wouldn't have heard me call out. If I didn't have my Mepacs button I would have still been there in the morning.. THANK YOU!!

MePACS have been fantastic in getting my mother's personal alarm up and running. When my mother accidentally pressed her alarm and did not answer when MePACS called her, they very quickly rang me. I knew exactly where my mother was at the time and was able to ally MePACS fears.

Your alarm system is good, except for the issue around hearing if I can’t hear from all the rooms.

I have twice suffered from major heart attacks and after pressing my button the ambulance and crew were there in minutes.
Super prompt and professional service
Super prompt and professional service. Mum loved receiving her birthday card from the company. A nice touch and surprise. MePACs provides peace of mind for family members caring for elderly parents. Dad recently fell over and could not get up. I was over very quickly once contacted by MePACS. Thank you to you all.

I had the occasion I had to call to ward off an ambulance being called due to a false alarm. I felt it took too long to get through.
On the bright side they were quick to call us to check on my mum. I Thank you for that. 🙂

I am very pleased with MePACS service, I have set mine off accidentally a few times and ave always been treated with respect and a friendly voice.
The personnel are very polite
The personnel are very polite, friendly and professional to deal with and get to the point quickly, and whatever needs to be done they do it quickly. Well done.

Not that impressed with the watch
Not that impressed with the watch, The alert didn’t alert you when I had falls, but I only have to turn my wrist and the alert goes off. The reason it didn’t alert you when I feel was explained to me, but I’m still not overly impressed with the watch.
I fell out of bed and couldn't get back…
I fell out of bed and couldn't get back up. I first called MePac to wake up my partner to help me get up, but I was just too weak. So I called MePac back and they called an ambulance for me. They were very professional and friendly and they even rang me back the next day to make sure I was alright. Very pleased with the service.
Lessons learnt
I had only been with MePAC a very short time when my mobile rang at about 2AM. i assumed it was a mistake and didn't answer. I ignored it a second time. Shortly after there was a loud knock at my back door, and two young and very gracious people from MePac were there. The phone calls to my three support people went unanswered. they too were new to MePac and their phones were turned off! I had rolled onto my alarm in bed.
It was a stern lesson for all of us.
The MePac people were lovely and I was very impressed, as I have been with other calls to Me Pac.

Wanting help to start my Mobile Lite 4G. Rang and operator was to get me some help . Still no help forth coming. At least 3 weeks ago.

Have not been a lie t for long but the times I clicked the watch by accident has been very well received the ladies were always very polite and made me feel at eas re the mistake you have now a log. On that you can click to stop anything happening and am very pleased about that w
The only thing I would have liked and that is that the watch is connected to the I Pad and mobile phone that way I get full use out of the watch itself. But that is the only complaint I have thank you so much for your service you can be proud of it. Thank you all for being there for me as I live alone it is such a comfort to have it yesterday I had a fall in my back garden and had to lay there for a short while before I was able to get up was such a welcome comfort to know I hade my watch and could call you again a big thank you. This may not be the correct way to write it but that was how it came to me.
