Nothing serious has happened to me
Nothing serious has happened to me, thank goodness.
In the short time that I have been wearing my Mepacs.
I have accidentally knocked the button more than once.
Responce time has been very quick, and finding myself apologizing profusely, for the false alarm.
The people answering have been very understanding and pleasent to deal with.
Accidentally pushed the call button and…
Accidentally pushed the call button and within minutes a phone call was placed to check status.
Needing to be recharged two times…
Needing to be recharged two times within 24 hrs even when removing steps,heart rate etc were removed.
It is bulky.

It is good to have Mepacs now, I feel more secure since having Mepacs is in the house, knowing that if I have a fall Mepac is there for assistance.
I also appreciate one time I forgot to press the button, and someone sent me a reminder on my iPhone.

Mepac wonderful
Mepac wonderful. Put my mums mind a rest while they contacted family members when mum had a fall. Nice to know it worked well and mum was ok. Highly recommend

My experience has been seamless from start to finish from the first contact. Everyone has been very helpful and supportive. I appreciate the patience of the call centre team especially when I accidentally activate the alarm. It has given me a greater sense of security. Thank you so much MePACS.
Fantastic service
Fantastic service!
I feel relaxed now to leave my parents at home alone now knowing that the someone will respond to the alarm promptly (it has been accidentally pressed a couple of times). The people that respond are always polite and greet my mum with her name.

I am a fairly new customer to MePACS…
I am a fairly new customer to MePACS and luckily have not had any occasions to call on them for help.
But unfortunately I have knocked the button on 2 or 3 occasions and have had a swift response each time. Also the operator has been very friendly when I respond that it has been a mistake.
So I do know that it works well.
I do feel more secure with this service in place

I am very pleased with my Mepacs watch. The entire process was excellent, from the ordering to the installation of the product. The installer explained the instructions very clearly and I also had a phone call to ensure that I was satisfied with the watch. I feel much safer now that I have more security at home and the ability to contact MePacs in an emergency'
falls pendant
The falls pendant is overly sensitive, but better that way than not sensitive enough! No complaints about the service; everything has run fairly smoothly since set up.
I pushed the button on the base instead…
I pushed the button on the base instead of my pendant. I was told to hang up and then test the pendant. The next person told me that it was fine. The staff were lovely.

Thank you it was easy than I thought it would be, everyone were lovely & supportive.
So far, so good
I have been using MePacs for about four weeks and so far, so good. The process of setting up was easy and prompt. Some confusion on my part was addressed by the friendly call centre staff and my family and I are relieved that I have the extra layer of protection offered by MePacs.

Thankyou Mepac, giving me the opportunity to let you know the comfort I had knowing somebody is beside me, all the time, if by some unfortunate chance I stumble, feel faint or dizzy, all I have to do is press my blue button on my Mepac, in no time, Mepac are asking if I need help at all. Fortunately I haven't needed any ambulance to further assist me. Upon resting, and able to get to a comfortable chair, phoned a nearby friend to visit, Mepac did phone me later, making sure I was comfortable.
Living alone, having Mepac, makes one feel you really are not alone.
Thankyou Mepac, whoever built this business, had great insight.

I am very happy with the service except…
I am very happy with the service except for when I forgotten to push the alarm button in the morning and I’ve telephoned the Me pacs service to tell them that I forgot to push the alarm button and they have rung me back saying I need to push the alarm button when the message hasn’t got through to the staff also when I was away and I suspended the service for several weeks and I got telephone calls about pushing the alarm button which I could not do because I was not at home
