The team at Mercedes Bolton are so friendly professional and do their best to give you the best experience. Norielle was my sales exec and she was absolutely amazing from the start. She stuck to her words. I spoke to her 6 months ago and said to get in touch with me when their is a promotional offer and she did that right away and I was able to upgrade my car. Lina the manager was so helpful and made sure to reassure me and get me the best deal she could. Only issue is there valeting team aren’t great at all.

Came with a good expectation, went away with a better one.
Although we didn't get what we came for, we ended up with a better deal overall. The agents we delt with were all really good at their respective jobs. We had a great and enjoyable time choosing and then taking delivery of our new Mercedes-Benz. Thank you all at Doncaster.

From walking into the Mercedes Benz showroom we were made very confortable, the staff were very friendly, once we had chosed our car the process was very easy and they kept me up-to-date with all the information I needed.
When I picked up the car it was under a cover in the showroom which was a nice touch as well
