The change over of cars was seamless, thorough and very professional

Everything about my experience was great!
Welcoming front desk staff, comfortable waiting area, drinks provided and a perfectly presented showroom.
The salesman Tim answered any questions and let me make my decision in my time , even making time the next day to test drive because I wanted to go home and think about it first . Very polite and informative helping me make the right decision for myself .
Super fast delivery and arrangement of collection , and a beautiful car to drive away in . Very pleased and highly recommend.

The car has been returned due to rejection - this unfortunately isn’t the first time, it’s in fact the 3rd Mercedes vehicle I’ve rejected in 16 months. Each time the experience with MBFS has been tedious and lacked any personal support, especially given this is the 3rd time I’m going through this. Each time Mercedes FS have been quick enough to take thousands of pounds from me for the vehicle, but expect me to wait 10 working days for a refund (due to a failed vehicle) which then prohibits me from purchasing a new vehicle as I need the refund money to buy a new car. There has been absolutely no understanding to my situation, no effort to speed things up, despite me asking multiple times given the circumstances. The whole experience has been appalling and I would absolutely not recommend anyone thinking of buying a Mercedes to finance it through MBFS.
The only positive is my dealership in Swindon who have been supportive and worked with me as best they could in the circumstances.

The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Harrison, who was the sales consultant who looked after my case, was fantastic and always went the extra mile to ensure I stayed happy and informed.

Theo and James were very helpful from my initial enquiry until completion of taking ownership of my new car. They kept me updated with everything and were only a phone call away if I had an enquiry.

Great assistance from Idnan at Riverdale Mercedes, Reading. The process that Mercedes has in place is very good, and combined with a competitive financial offer, makes buying a Mercedes car a compelling offer.

Experience from start to end was exceptional. We were listened to and all staff who assisted us spent time and effort in getting us the deal that was best for us. The sales rep Ali was very attentive and efficient. The manager of the site was extremely helpful and went the extra mile when trying to obtain the exact specifications of the vehicle we wanted. The finance manager explained everything fully and got us the deal that best suited us. Brilliant customer service.

Initially fantastic service however once you’ve signed the dotted line extremely poor service, terrible communication and a complete disregard for the customer experience. I am now, gladly, paying another company more money for a vehicle just to be rid of Mercedes Norwich terrible customer service.

Sytner Bath was excellent in every respect. The facility is 5*. Staff were amazing, especially Grafton who led us through from beginning to end - he deserves several gold medals. Now very happy to drive the GLB AMG Line Executive.
