I had a fantastic experience dealing with Martin at Mercedes-Benz Leeds. From start to finish, he made the whole process incredibly smooth and straightforward.
Martin was professional, helpful and excellent at communicating throughout. He kept me updated at every stage, was always quick to respond to any questions, and made sure everything was taken care of without any unnecessary stress or hassle.
It’s clear that Martin genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience, and his approach made the whole process a pleasure.
I would definitely recommend Martin and Mercedes-Benz Leeds to anyone looking for a professional, hassle-free experience. A real credit to the team

Buy with Catherine Tippet
I’ve recently purchased my third vehicle through Catherine Tippett at Mercedes-Benz, and once again, the whole experience was incredibly easy and enjoyable.
Catherine is always extremely thorough, professional, kind and genuinely helpful. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, keeps you informed throughout the process and makes what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel completely straightforward.
The fact that I’ve now purchased three vehicles through Catherine really speaks for itself. I’m very grateful for all the help and support she has given me over the years, and I certainly hope to continue purchasing my future vehicles through her.
Thank you again, Catherine. It’s always a pleasure dealing with you and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes-Benz.

First class service from Mercedes Benz Kidlington
Amazing customer service from Mercedes in Kidlington. Special thanks to Jodie in the service department, a delight to speak to, communicated everything efficiently, timings for collection worked perfectly. The whole experience was a joy, the online booking is brilliant (and you can book a courtesy car) and the self check-in has made things even more efficient. All the staff are super helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
