The whole process of using Mercedes-Benz financial services was extremely easy as well as being thorough. The digital process makes the process feel less cumbersome and with the assistance of staff at the local showroom was completed in a short time with immediate answers. I bought my new car through Mercedes Benz Portadown. I found the people there so nice and friendly and was completely comfortable buying my car as everything was explained to me professionally and patiently by the sales team. I was happy with the price of the car and how the finance team explained the terms of the finance. I felt confident and I completely trusted the staff . I will definitely purchase again.

Easy to set up, user friendly, and pretty much self service in the main. Good product with competitive options to finance your dream motor. Highly recommended.
