I asked them to change my marriage status several times over a period of a few years. It hasn't happened yet. When I get the pension statement from Mercer, my marriage status remains incorrect. There is no feedback from them when I send a request on their website so I never know if anything is happening. It's disappointing they can't improve their system so you can see what's happening and also that they can't be relied upon to carry out very basic tasks.

Never had many reasons to contact Mercer money with queries but when I did, they were always professional and polite. Great service

Pension was transferred over very smoothly. I was sent all the relevant information by email and when I had a query I was able to get through very quickly and the person answered my question straight away. All very easy thankfully!

New to Mercer Money following a transfer of pension administration. Really easy to create my account, comms have been good, the portal functionality and tools look great and I have been able to get prompt support and answers to the two queries I've had so far via the chat function.

Handled my request to transfer in very quickly. Transfer yet to complete but has moved to "in process" much faster than imagined and with a minimum of paperwork and no fuss.

Professional work. Understandable to a person who has a problem.

I am very satisfied with the service I am receiving, the website is very informative, and easy to navigate.

This is a company pension scheme therefore selected for me. It’s the only one of my drawdown pensions that is currently losing money. I tried to use the online chat, but like other reviewers, the app disconnected me a few times. I gave it a two star rating and they very kindly arranged a follow-up phone conversation, pointed me to the funds that I had a choice of investing in and said they hoped things are better. However, it remains the worst performing fund that I have.

Prompt communication when it came to resolving access to my account, I had not activated it and I had forgotten my password. I received clear instruction on what to do and update my details. All when smoothly with just a couple of emails

I had an issue trying to add my beneficiaries and after contacting Mercer they were able to advise me how to do it using 'apple' products and to log in using chrome instead of safari. All worked great

Several years ago I transferred my pension (part crystallised) to another employers pension. On asking to rejoin after a change of employment back to original. I'm told not possible!

Incredible, friendly and professional support, and investment choices and options have consistently impressive returns

Primary function of this app is to collect and present financial info from elsewhere. It is often slow to reconnect or refresh connections with some external accounts, and no connection is possible to some accounts which are run by the same enterprise.

In the main I love Mercer Money.

But I do have a lot of account disconnections. I do then have inability to reconnect so have to archive them and start again, losing my history in the process. Additionally, I have the need to contact helpdesk 'a lot' to keep the account running. It seems to be getting worse, not better. I do hope it's something the company can get a grip on. Otherwise - I love this app....!

I had no problems accessing my pension pot. when I had prob with the site, the web chat person, was so helpful in fixing it. the follow up call I had about accessing pension was great. Speedy emails, all done very quickly. Unlike Lifesight, whove messed about from beginning to end. still waiting to hear from them.

I have a workplace pension invested with Scottish Widows but managed by Mercer Master Trust and it's been a nightmare from start to finish and I wish my employer had chosen anyone else.

The app is awful in the sense that are too many parts to it. On a daily basis I'm asked to verify transaction categories that I don't understand, it's a clunky interface, and I can't actually manage my pension in it, I need to go to Scottish Widows for that.

The worst part for me, is that I'm trying to transfer out of it into my current workplace pension and they've been impossible to deal with. I've completed and signed forms that ask the same thing over and over again yet I haven't made any progress at all. I'm a data protection advisor, so I understand the need to ensure privacy is protected and that fraud isn't taking place, but the steps taken have been so inefficient it's almost as if it's deliberately difficult to discourage me from moving my money.

2 stars because the investments haven't performed badly.

This is a benchmark that all managed workplace pensions should use to do better than.
